Regardless of what you reasons you need this for, this is a good option for clarification on if THC is suspected. Having the descreet option to test at home is the reason why this was purchased. If positive, it at least gives you a chance to decide on if you want to take it further.

I'm not quite sure how accurate it is compared to test centers but they seem to be accurate so far. When I ordered these, I was a moderate smoker so I expected the test to be positive, which it was. I tested myself a couple more times, each a month apart. I read the first properly but the 2nd test and 3rd test I believe I read them inaccurately. I was reading them as if I was reading them like a pregnancy test. After not smoking for several months I read the following test properly and my results were negative. So there's a chance they are accurate. I just don't know if I would depend on them just before taking a test at a center for a job or something.

I have a "lab rat" friend who is allowing me to test him during his phase of quitting their THC intake and usage, and I find these are fairly accurate to the point that I notice the weekly tests as time goes on to gradually appear the second line. At first the test indicated a positive, as it should, and as they work the THC out of their system, the line tends to fade more and more in response to their progress. When I try it, it's no doubt the indication is accurate with two solid lines. My friends lines started to appear closer to the second week, but faint. I suspect by the 4th week their line will be as dark as mine. It's best to collect your sample in a cup of some sort and then dip the tip in per the instructions, as if you "go" right on the tip, it has a plastic cover that might not allow for absorption of the speciment. This is an easy to use THC only product. I have come to trust this brand as I have utilized them before and I believe they are accurate. Only a testing center can truly give the most accurate results. If you have further doubts, you are able to send this test to their lab to get a more accurate confirmation. I didn't go as far as sending it off to their lab and so I cannot tell you how long it would take to get confirmation from their lab. I would say for general testing information, it functions very well. It does not come with its own specimen collection tray, but that's something that is not a big deal for me because you can always find your own container. Otherwise it's just a dipstick that you stick in urine for 10 to 15 seconds and then wait an additional 5 minutes to get the results from the dipstick. I think it's super easy to use and for me, it seems very accurate when you follow the instructions.

Update: the vendor was quick to issue a refund. False negative on 1st test strip used. Do not trust the quality control of this product and company.

Each test is individually sealed with a moisture control pack. These moisture packs are toxic to animals if ingested so be aware of these little packets. The tests instructions are easy to follow. The expiration date on the tests I received is July 2026 so ample time to use all 12 tests. At $8 for 12 tests I find these tests to be a good value. I have taken one test and the result was as expected. It looks like (at least federally) a 4 ng/mL initial test cutoff is what the current tests are checking for.
