Use as a substitute for powdered pectin for blooming homemade ice cream

Item received today was leaking or broken. What do I do now. I just want my money back for the one bottle. Help!

Expected a green bottle based upon the picture (to replace a green bottle that I broke) but received a clear bottle instead.

So while other people are making jams and jellies, which I would love to do too, I have come to find that this works wonderful in ice cream recipes when you donโt have eggs on hand!
