Pretty good!
This is my first back strap that I’ve gotten for lifting. Definitely gives support and comfort! I think I just needed one that could be a bit more snug but I still really love this one! And it definitely helps!

Works great until....
Works great for back support. Light and comfortable. Only problem is about after a month the velcro stopped adhering. I couldn't use it much after that. If this company worked on fixing the velcro problem I would give this a 5 star review without question.

bought for weight training
bought this for weight training to support my lower back. It would provide better support if it's taller, but overall, it does the job.

Helps to brace back and it's comforting for me
Was looking for a new brace so I can wear under my shirts because I don't like wearing them in public over my clothes. I purchased this one because of the reviews and I like it. It braces your back and hugs it. I tried other but they would hug my sides and leave the back unsupported.
