This is our new favorite frying pan. We’ve had it for months and I use it almost every day. I do not use non stick spray because that definitely shortens the length of the nonstick coating. It’s a perfect size for eggs and omelettes.

There is definitely a learning curve, and it definitely does not do anything to account for human error, but I found it absolutely made my first time making Omurice so much easier. Not to mention the cute little instruction sheet detailing how to make the omelet that came with it, although I personally didn’t need it. The pan felt sturdy, the nonstick properties aided quite a bit in both cooking and cleaning, and the handle had no problems insulating the heat. Most ‘good’ general-use frying pans go for $90-$130 with very little to actually show for it, but almost $50 for a specialized pan that offers everything it promises is a very good investment. Especially if you plan on making omurice often.
