Itโs important to scrape your tongue!
I like these.. they get rid of the yuck (a total game changer & makes the dentist happy) plus they are biodegradable so I donโt feel bad throwing them away,

Great for coffee drinkers
I drink coffee throughout the shift and really helps make my tongue not feel as gross and helps with the breath ontop of that. Great for short or long shift work and coffee drinkers for sure.
