Me sorprendió la calidad del producto, el contenedor es de muy buenos materiales, hecho para uso rudo y con un enfoque muy práctico. El nitro Cold Brew que resulta es delicioso, eso si no olviden tomar en cuenta el costo de las cápsulas. Sin duda compraré más productos de esta marca.

This is a marvelous home nitro brew coffee maker. It is a quality unit that is extremly well made. But the proof is the pudding---or actually coffee. This Hemli nitro brew is by far much tastier and smoother than any coffe bar nitro. I had one question and I was amazed by the phenominal and personal customer support. They really stand behind their product. I have been enjoying the best quality nitro for over a month. Thanks Hemli for a great product!

I like the product, as i feel it doesn’t take up much space in the fridge. Instructions pretty straightforward to put together, however, i wish there is a way to grab the used cartridge. It got stuck the first time used it. See photo for reference. I had to use needle nose pliers to grab it. It’s very inconvenient. I tried emailing the company that is on their website and the email didn’t go through. Unfortunately It said it may contain a virus so I’m not sure what is going on. I reached out to Amazon for help and they said not to over tighten. I tried the 2nd time, it’s still got stuck. It’s a real bummer because i wanted something different other than the ones that look like a whipcream bottle.

Broke after a few uses. Coffee no longer pumps out. Would expect more for the price.

Excellent quality. Easy to use. Perfect for single home use or travel. I got this for my husband and myself for one nitro brew each a few times a week. It makes 12 oz per nitro container. Our French press allows two servings because it is on the smaller side. It’s gotten a lot of use thus far and is simple to use and has clear instructions. We did have an issue with a coffee ground getting through our filter that slowed the flow to a trickle but running water through solved that. I wish it had a slightly larger capacity but overall great product.
