how many sachets are there says 60 in description but picture says 30

The pack is 2 x 30. In other words, it's a twin pack containing 60 sachets in total. I guess the picture is for illustration purposes. It only needs to show the retail pack but not the supplied pack

Does this product contain sweeteners?

The containing box says "Do not take Fybogel Orange if Your Doctor has told you that you have Phenylketonuria because the product is sweetened with Aspartame E951,which contains a source of Phenylalanine. This may be harmful for people with Phenylketonuria." Also it contains "saccharin sodium sweeteners.

Is this one flavoured?

Orangey but a slightly different flavour from the one advertised as orange and has the same effect on the bodies regularity system.

Are these fybogel mebeverine like you get from the doctor

I have some professional knowledge and happy to answer but I would hope that you might ask a pharmacist something like that. The answer is that, plain "Fybogel" contains just the one ingredient (derived from the vegetable ispaghula). However "Fybogel Mebeverine" contains the extra ingredient mebeverine - which is used to reduce crampy pains, especially if associated with irritable bowel syndrome. Side effects from either product are unusual.
