It's really really good product.

Limited heat

I purchased the product Heating Pad few days back but it stopped working at all after using few times only!. There is no signal on the screen black screen in controller. Please advise and replace or return the product.

The hearing was not good enough and it stopped working after one month.

Excellent product. Purchased for my cat. Reliable and seems good quality. Can recommend! Might get another one for myself. Very good with external cover that can be washed.
