Keto BHB (Patriot Pop Flavor) 30 Servings - Exogenous Ketone Supplement with goBHB, Beta-Hydroxybutyrate Salts

I've been doing Keto for about 6 months and one of the difficult things for me to do is remain in ketosis throughout the day. Thanks to this keto supplement I'm able to mix up a batch about every 3 to 4 hours. The formula for best taste is trial and error but I think I found my "best taste zone" by mixing 2 scoops in a 12 ounce container of ice cold water...shake and mix thoroughly....pour 6 ounces into a 16 ounce cup or glass and fill the rest of the cup with ice cold water...it cuts down the bitter or "salty" taste of the supplement, according to my taste buds anyway. Best part is this product is helping me shed about 0.98 pounds per day....My routine: I eat 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties for breakfast (order this ala carte at McDonald's drive thru) and 1 large black coffee.....at 10 am, I mix up a batch of my Patriot Pop keto supplement and sip on that to noon and then chow down on 2.6 ounces of Star Kist Hickory Smoked Tuna with MCT oil mixed in and wash it down with my keto supplement...I mix another batch of the keto supplement and that usually gets me through about 5 pm....I'd like to add that I drink about 48 ounces of water during the day too....for dinner, I usually fix a filet mignon, about 6 ounces and pair it up with 1/2 a cup of steamed spinach or broccoli....doesn't sound like a lot of food but in all honesty, the keto supplement seems to keep me filled up where I'm not hungry by the time dinner rolls around. I give the product high marks for taste and it actually works.

This is the best tasting BHB I have ever used. It is a little sweeter than I like so I simply added more water. I quickly got into Ketosis – within 25 mins. Since the flavor (patriot pop) is so good, I can use it twice daily as my health care provider recommended. I have notable improvement with mental clarity and more energy. Very effective as an appetite suppressant for me. Wish it came in individual serving packets so I can carry it with me more easily and so it would be less messy when adding it to my water bottle. Love it and will order more.

The taste isn't what I imagined, I was thinking Bomb pop! However I just added Ice and sipped.. my keto levels raised I'm happy and will purchase again!

I obviously didn't do my research before I purchase. I don't eat artificially colored foods or drink artificially colored drinks , nor do I eat sweets. To me this was significantly sweet and it is a ridiculous blue color. I don't know why people think that a naturally blue color and to peel to the product. I went ahead and gave it a shot , but had severe heartburn. I don't plan on taking it. Now I'm on the hunt for something more generic in terms of flavor and without artificial colors.

Before you consider buying this, you need to know what you’re getting into. The first time I tried this product, I used half a serving below what’s recommended. Within a half hour I became violently sick, developed a brutal migraine, and ended up vomiting multiple times. I assumed it was a coincidence. A couple days later, I tried again. Same exact reaction: crushing headache, nausea, and vomiting. Still, I was hesitant to blame the product. Maybe it was something I ate, maybe dehydration—anything but the supplement. To be absolutely sure, I tested it a third time, this time at only 1/4 of a serving. And it still made me sick. I still vomited, I still got a splitting, debilitating headache, and it wiped me out for the rest of the day. This product can be described in one word: Dangerous. I don’t know what’s in here that causes this reaction, but I’ve taken plenty of supplements in my life and have never experienced anything like this. If this is how it affects even a fraction of people, it shouldn’t be on the market. I’m looking into a bit more and I’m still considering reporting this to CFSAN at the FDA. Don’t waste your time. Don’t risk your health. Don’t waste your money.

Using with my keto diet. I feel more energetic.

I got this in the mail yesterday and waited until this afternoon to try it, so I cannot speak for the effects just yet, but I have to say that this drink is delicious! I got the flavor patriot pop and it is sweet and delicious with a slight salty aftertaste. Yum! UPDATE: on the 6th day of Keto, I woke up with an excruciating headache. My first thought was "Oh no, Keto flu! It's happening!" I got up, had my bp coffee, no improvement. I drank a serving of this after to see if it would help. Yep! My headache improved immensely. I went on with my day and had another serving in the afternoon. This stuff works.

It tastes and smells like Perkins paste. Does the job but hard to drink.
