A truly Impressive Robot Vac/Mop
I recently upgraded to the **eufy S1 Pro** from my older X9 Pro, and honestly, the difference is night and day. The biggest improvement for me is the new spinning mop. With my old robot, I’d sometimes see faint circular marks left behind. That’s completely gone now. This one uses fresh water as it cleans, so it’s not just pushing dirty water around. My floors look properly washed, not just wiped over. They’ve actually got a nice sheen to them now instead of looking dull. I also love that the base station adds the cleaning solution for you. You don’t have to guess or measure anything — it just sorts it out automatically. It even washes and dries the mop on its own, which makes the whole process feel hands-off and easy. The vacuuming is just as impressive. It works brilliantly on my carpets and low pile rug, picking up everything — even the pet hair from my two dogs. The self-emptying bin is a huge upgrade from my X9 Pro. I used to constantly forget to empty the small dustbin, but now it takes care of itself. The emptying process is quite loud, I won’t lie, but it does such a thorough job that even the filter has stayed bright white. The navigation is genuinely impressive. It doesn’t wander around aimlessly or constantly bump into things like some robot vacuums I’ve seen before. It moves confidently and methodically around the house, even weaving neatly around my table and chair legs without any drama. It clearly spots things like cables and shoes and marks them correctly on the map in the app, which is actually really clever to see. It feels like it knows exactly where it’s going and what it’s doing. Speaking of the app, it’s really well designed and easy to use. Everything is clear and straightforward, and setting up cleaning schedules or checking the map is simple. It just works. Design-wise, it looks amazing. It has a really sleek, futuristic style that actually looks good sitting in my front room. Friends and family always comment on it. Even the water tanks light up and glow, which is a nice little touch. The water containers also last surprisingly well — I mop every other day and only need to refill about every 10 days, which is very convenient. Overall, this feels like a serious upgrade in every way. It cleans better, looks better, and requires far less effort from me. I absolutely love it — well done to eufy for creating such a brilliant, high-performing product.

Faulty products, do not buy
Waste of time! Bought back in July, came fault (wouldnt suck up any of the dirty water and it just sat in the tray at the bottom so had to mop all the dirty water up yourself and yes I tried all sorts as suggested online to fix it but nothing would work) so returned and they sent me another, which unsurprisingly came with a different fault (wouldnt work at all!). They then sent me a new base to pair up with the second robot they had sent me. Couldn't get that work so they sent me a 4th replacement and guess what, that has the same fault as the first unit they sent me (wouldn't suck up water). Rather annoyed at this, purchased as my sister has and loves it, embarrassingly recommended to my mother in law before mine had arrived and she has had the same issue! Do not recommend, gave them 4 opportunities to redeem themselves and 4 months later they haven't fixed the problem.

Impressive cleaning, quiet and easy to use
I’ve used the Eufy Omni S1 for about 8 hours so far, and I’m really impressed. It cleans the floor very well, even in a small house like mine. The mopping performance is even better than I expected, which is a great bonus. The app is easy and intuitive to use. The robot is a little noisy, but honestly, from other reviews I was expecting much more noise. I can watch TV comfortably while it’s hoovering at the lightest power setting. Usually when I set it to maximum power, I prefer to have it clean when I’m not at home, but that’s just because it’s easier. For me, the noise at lower power is not a big deal. Setting it up was a bit challenging for me, as I had to split my Wi-Fi to 2.4GHz to get it connected. I’m not great with technology, but I managed to figure it out in the end. The soap, brushes and dust bag are still in good condition after these first hours of use, which is great. The only small issue I’ve noticed is that the robot doesn’t always get very close to the walls, so a bit of dust might be left along the edges, but nothing major. Also, it would be amazing to be able to adjust a cleaning section from the app even after a session has already started, without needing the robot to return to the station and start over. One more thing to mention is that I have a small metal floor divider between my bathroom and hallway, and unfortunately it seems just a bit too high for the robot to pass over on its own. So for that room, I have to help it manually. Overall, it’s a fantastic cleaning robot and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Only worked for 30 mins
Worked for about half an hour. Now the base station is completely dead. Customer service quoting 7 working days for replacement and can’t give me an exact delivery date. Doesn’t seem to be a priority for them given I could order a new one and have it delivered in half the time. No explanation for the faulty base which now seems to be full of water. Shame as it looked really good for the half hour it worked Update-item was picked up next day by Amazon who are now quoting up to 30 days to return my £750 for an item that was clearly delivered faulty. Don’t buy this item from an Amazon and Anchor Direct (Eufy) as you have no control over return and refund. Apparently it’s standard for high value items even if they are delivered faulty. Hoover currently sitting in a UPS carrier facility going nowhere fast. Suspect they are using a cheap return method at my expense.

(Update) all my Eufy s1 or s1 pros failed for different reasons, this is not a reliable product, they have a major durability issues with the way the mop works and the docking station working. This seems to be a first generation product with wrong design and sadly seems they insist on this faulty design in the upcoming s2. They should learn from dreame aqua or narwel flow or mova in they way the mop works and cleansed and how dirty water is handled and stored. I dont to mention that you literally have no warranty or support as it is a waste of time. Dont buy unless you will use this robot once a week for very light cleaning and buy something reliable like dreame or roborock Below the original feedback on more than 6 eufya s1 and s1 Pro at the time of purchase and first couple of weeks of use: This is the best Mop Vacuum i used, i have more than 9 Robot vacuum with different shapes and forms, and as we have a lot of pets and some have accidents, this is the only vacuum that can totally remove the wet mess without scattering the mess everywhere, it is not perfect though, lack of edge cleaning and camera video view like other flagships and weak suction power relative to other vacuums which reach 22,000 pa suction now. I found the perfect combo for this robot, that we use two other vacuums with it to vacuum properly and mop before the Eufy do the final mopping and by this we ensure floor is shining and smell free. To summarize, this is the perfect vacuum for people looking to Mop hard floors but if this is not your complaint and looking for best Vacuum mop combo, there is cheaper options, but we are happy with Eufy S1 Pro and looking forward to see what eufy will bring in S2 Pro

Erst das Gute: Hat einen Tag ordentlich gearbeitet. Das wars aber auch schon. Tag 2: Teppiche wurden nicht erkannt bzw. "aufgerollt". Dann ständig die Meldung : "Der Roboter wurde nicht erkannt. Bringen Sie ihn in die Station zurück." Alles gecheckt, mehrere Male gereinigt, Kontakte überprüft, usw.. Leider ohne Erfolg. Eufy/Anker Support kontaktiert. Problem erklärt und berichtet, was ich alles schon durchgeführt habe. Da kam dann die Standard-Mail mit den gleichen Anweisungen, welche ich nun nochmals alle durchführen sollte. Man(n) wird behandelt wie.... Service geht anders. Bin kein Anfänger und habe Erfahrung mit Saugrobotern. Das Teil habe ich zurück geschickt. Versandkosten musste ich übrigens selbst tragen. DHL, 18,99 €. Schau dir zur Info auch beiliegende Fotos an. - Update 02.04.26 : Kaufpreis wurde von Fa. Odiporo erstattet. Porto 18,99 € mußte ich selbst zahlen. Email Kontakt mit Fa.
