Ghost Pepper Aioli by Stonewall Kitchen

Hard to describe the complexity of its flavor. Uniquely pleasing. But highly depends on what it’s used with. No pigeonholing spoilers intended. Can only recommend for something ideationally versatile/creative. The heat can catch off guard if had without moderation (watch out for some experiments…) but is generally mild, then low-moderately intense in the background. Casually have finished it sooner than anticipated (4-5 days with only that as the choice 2 - 3x per day) while not constantly optimizing how it may’ve been had a little better (very nice with honey glazed or herb-roasted Turkey, and many red and/or cured meats). Can be a hit/miss but again, one is liable for assembling the right components.

My partner loves the heat and flavor of this aoli and we are long time fans of Stonewall - We were so disappointed when this arrived but wrongly assumed it would be an easy return or replace. Boy were we wrong. ""Groceries"" not returnable. Somehow a jar that should come with the seal (jar lid) intact or be returnable - you can simply look inside and the the aoli has separated. Expected better from the Brand and from Amazon ;-/

I love this stuff! a little goes a long way and the flavor is absolute Fuego! Mine arrived in perfect condition. No breakage or separation of contents.

This aioli tastes great. However, it may arrive spoiled. I've ordered this twice on Amazon, and a few times directly from Stonewall Kitchen, and it twice arrived curdled. The oil had separated from the rest, and it was gross. No amount of refrigeration or mixing would bring it back.

I been buying this for quite a while. This is my 4th or 5th bottle. The taste is so amazing not so spicy but it has good kick to it. I use this whenever I make any kind of sandwiches even I use it on subway sandwiches.

First off, the obvious: This is ghost pepper. It is currently the third-hottest naturally-occurring pepper. If you can stomach that, (pun intended :D), then this is the aioli for you. Why 4 stars? As delicious as this was, the mustard is almost over-powering at times. I think it could do with just a bit less mustard. But otherwise, it's yummy. Try it on pasta, toast, or as a spicy dip.

I LOVE this aioli, it’s great on burgers, fries, sandwiches, the list goes on. I do wish it was cheaper because I go through it quickly. I also ordered the chipotle aioli but haven’t opened it yet. My first jar was separated, I was going to use it as it was (still delicious but oily and texture was ruined) but stonewall kitchen reached out to me to ask if I was satisfied with it and I explained that it had separated and they replaced it promptly. Great customer service, I was already a repeat customer but I will continue to get this fantastic product.

I have purchased this product from a store and did not have this issue. Product has seperated. Put it in the fridge, shook it, so watery. :(

Als Schärfe Liebhaber muss ich sagen, dass die Sauce wirklich sehr scharf und vor allem sehr sehr lecker ist. Wie bei jeder anständig scharfen Sauce, spürt man sie am nächsten Tag nochmals. Kann ich jedem, ders gerne wirklich scharf mag, nur empfehlen

Sehr gute Soße/ Creme......ähnlich Konsistenz wie mayo.....scharf und geschmacklich sehr lecker......toll zu gegrillten aber auch zu Kartoffeln......Preis gerechtfertigt.......bestelle ich wieder

Geschmacklich 10/10 die Schärfe ist echt nicht ohne, es reicht ein kleiner Teelöffel für 2 Personen die vom Grill Teller essen. Sobald leer bestell ich eine neue 👌🏽

Nein Mann hat sich erstmal einen satten Löffel genommen, stellte aber schnell fest das ein Bruchteil davon gereicht hätte. Sehr sparsam im Gebrauch, lecker.

Richtig scharf aber super lecker,würde immerwiieder bestellen
