Incredible performance for the money!
Honestly, it's brilliant. Super easy to set up and I've had zero issues with it - consistently cleans everything I throw at it, and can fit a surprising amount of stuff per wash. It's been a game changer for keeping on top of the washing up, and it's great having to never think about dishes piling up. Amazing piece of kit for the price. Strongly recommend!

Worth every penny
Amazing. We are a single couple in a wee flat and this has worked wonders especially with our busy lives. We don't have the plumbing to pipe into mains water just yet so the jug refill makes it easy, and even quick. Takes a nice amount of dishes after dinner. Cleans really well too. Comes with a jug 1.8L which is really useful and also a fruit basket to wash fruit with! Although I've not used it yet.

Perfect for Small Homes
I absolutely love this dishwasher! It’s compact but powerful, perfect for me as a renter who can’t install a full size dishwasher or change the landlord’s kitchen. I can also take it with me when I move! It has multiple washing modes, which is great for me and my flatmate, as we usually cook separately for one person. Even small cooking pots fit inside! The cleaning results are amazing. Everything comes out sparkling clean, and my glasses no longer have annoying water marks. It’s so convenient that I can start a wash after breakfast and have clean dishes by the time I finish getting ready. Such a time saver!

It was good ..
Soo, a great little product, but nearing my 2 years of having it, it has now failed. One of the arms seems to have rusted to the point that overnight it just snapped off. It's been a very handy addition to the kitchen. It's compact-ish, whilst it hadn't been leaking it did start on the run up to the arm failing, wash times very good and it runs silently , controls are easy. I'll miss my kitchen gadget! Will go through the warranty which thankfully I'm just a month off being out of

Solid little helper
I’ve been pleased with this dishwasher so far. It’s straightforward to use and cleans everyday dishes well. The size suits my kitchen and helps reduce the washing up. Some items still need drying afterwards, but overall it’s a practical addition and makes the daily routine a little easier to manage.

Absolute Rubbish
I don’t understand why this has such great reviews. It’s made of very cheap plastic — the interior is plastic, not stainless steel like it looks in the photos. The water jet arm is very flimsy cheap plastic and doesn’t look like it would last long. The dish holder is terrible, cheap plastic. I had the Hava latest model with water softener and build wise it’s miles better than the Confee — even though the Hava is also made entirely of plastic inside. The dish rack is metal though whereas the Comfee, as I said already, is cheap flimsy plastic. Unfortunately the Hava only lasted 10 months with one wash a day on Normal after the heating element died. I had descaled it regularly and it had the salt compartment. Amazon collected my Hava and delivered this. When I actually looked at it and the way it’s made there was no way I was keeping this rubbish and I don’t understand how something this terribly made could continue to sell. The box got taken away by the Amazon delivery guy which caused more hassle in returning this. If you still want to try this I’d say absolutely keep the box upon delivery to make sure you don’t want to send this piece of rubbish back. But my best advice would be not to order it at all. Get the latest Hava or the Duronic DW5 BK 950W — which actually the same as the Hava, made in the same factory e copy that it doesn’t have the salt container — and get a 5 year warranty so when the heating element dies you can get a replacement rather than having to buy a whole new dishwasher.

Quick wash for small loads. What's not to like?
Update: worked great for 3 months then started leaking water inside itself. I can't work out how to get Amazon to respond about this so I think it will just be going to the dump. I ordered this As my slimline dishwasher stopped working. I haven't installed it, I'm filling it manually and draining into the sink. Sadly, I measured in it wrong and it's 1mm to tall to go under my wall cupboards but I've squeezed it on the draining board. The drain hose was a pain at first as it kept snaking and spraying water around which I solved by having items in the sink to hold it in place but after three weeks it's staying in position in it's own. I use whole smol dishwasher tablets and that is working well. I just placed it on the 'floor' of the washer. Cutlery lies down on the shelf at the top. Can't fit a lot on it but I have started putting anything extra lying at the bottom under plates etc. It's me, one daughter and two cats. I run this once a day and a couple of times a week I do an extra load. Plus wash large pans and baking trays by hand. By big saucepan does fit in but I can put it over the top of small dishes and tiny plates but not much else will fit in. My largest dinner plates fit in perfectly but I know a lot of people use every bigger ones and quirky shaped ones so they won't go in. In the instructions it shows how to load it but it's pretty obvious if you have used a well loaded dish washer before. I would say only suitable for two people unless you're happy to turn it on after every meal. I cook fresh meals every day so I may have more to squeeze in it than others. My biggest complaint which isn't really a complaint is that because the door opens itself I can't use the steam to clean my spectacles! But drinking glasses it brings up a treat . They look crystal clear! So far I've only used the 'rapid' setting which doesn't dry but with the door self opening items dry fairly quickly. I've only had it four weeks but so far I'm totally happy with it.

Fantastic
I still cannot get over this. I’ve had this for a few months now and use it regularly. It is so easy to use it fit on my worktop. The drawing performance is not perfect but it passes. It’s really quiet and when it drains you think the water is gonna go everywhere, but it doesn’t as for energy efficiency I have checked twice and it uses not even one penny I would definitely recommend it a really good buy for one to 2 people

4 Years Life. Great Dishwasher. Does the job!
Last purchased on 4 Sep 2021 Stopped working February 2025 Like a similar post made by someone else. The lifetime is about 4 years. The product is ideal though for its size. We needed a countertop dishwasher in our upstairs mini kitchen during covid, when things we're difficult to wash. We couldn't get the plumber to come in and connect the pipes. We needed one which just would work with water and electricity. This was our best option. We luckily had a sink counter we could fit this next to and so the dirty water can drain out easily into the sink. This neat little dishwasher served its purpose. To be completely honest, no one in the family expected it to do the job successfully. Every now and then, we would get one dish with pasta and cheese stuck to it but, upon washing the dish ourselves, we realised it's just a stubborn stain we have to was off manually. From glasses, cups, bowls, plates and even small pans, utensils, forks, spoons, knives etc. we have tried almost everything. It's a spin washer upside and down. Just in case the pictures aren't clear. The sound is reasonable, not obnoxiously loud. It has a delicate option for delicate glassware where it starts and pauses every 10 seconds. It also has different modes. If I can recall, after each wash it opens the lid automatically and starts a steam function from it's remaining water and then turns off automatically. This way we get the dishes clean and dry. Well some deep bowls may still have water in it depending on the shape of the bowls. Recommendations: Use regular dishwasher tablets. Place them in between the forks and spoons, so they will last longer and slowly break apart. Use dishwasher salt after every 4 washes at least and put 2 tablespoons directly into the drain cap inside the dishwasher. Don'ts: Do not wash flimsy plastic in the dishwasher. From our experience, the hot air steamer/dryer at the end will semi melt or misshape the plastic. Overall, for a lifespan of 4 years I am happy with the purchase for it's price. And, since the last one was great, we'd be ordering our second one soon.

it works but capacity is very small
The only advantage is that it fits in places where a standard one would not. The vessel is made of plastic, so max temperature is lower than in models with steel vessel. Capacity is very small, smaller than external dimensions would suggest. It claims 3 sets, but actually it is perhaps just enough for 1 or 2 people if they are not cooking much. There is no mechanism to hold the detergent - it will just pour in. Also, due to small volume, I think it needs less detergent than a tab for a standard dishwasher contains, so it is better to use liquid or powder detergent that can be measured.
