MAMODY Abdominal Binder Post Surgery Plus Size Postpartum Belly Band Wrap

This binder is nice. Made well & relatively easy to put on. It has strong Velcro closures & the extra band helps with more support. It's a great length for going around me but also for it's height at 9". I bought a longer height binder prior to this & found it a little too much for me. This is easy to move in & reasonably comfortable. It can be easily washed, though I haven't needed to yet. It seems versatile enough to use any time I need it.

I was having bad back pain and needed some support for an event that I needed to be standing for. It was a game changer. The velcro is strong and stays put. I wore a tank top under it so that I didnt get to sweaty. I wear a size 18/20 and ordered a 2xl/3xl but could have sized down. The material is thin and item did not ride up. I handwashed the product with soap and water and hung up yo dry, which was a quick dry.

I Bought this binder as I am pre Umbilical hernia Surgery and I need something to help hold it in place. It came super fast, was exactly as described. I have worn it for a few days now to try it out and see what I thought and I am not disappointed. It is comfortable, and holds everything in place really well. I like the back supports as it helps with my posture which takes pressure off hernia and reduces pain. I also like that I can adjust the belts and it has the extra support from the second attached belt. The only thing I would like as I am not a small person is if it was about 5 inches wider, other than that I would recommend this belt to anyone.

The MAMODY Abdominal Binder Post Surgery has been helpful for providing extra support and compression during recovery. I like that it feels secure and offers the stability needed when moving around after surgery. The material feels durable, and it’s nice having that added support when I need it most. My reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found the binder to be a little bulky. It can feel noticeable under clothing, and I would have preferred a slightly more lightweight design for everyday comfort. Overall, it’s a supportive and well-made product that does its job, but the bulkiness is something to consider depending on your needs.

It does its job, just not comfortable. After my surgery, it provided a lot of relief when I was just standing or sitting, but if you move a bit, it goes up your torso and your belly falls out. It’s perfect for those first few days after surgery when you’re not moving all too much and need the compression. The boning is painful, but I truly don’t see a way around that if it’s going to have good support. Fit is true to advertised. I wear a 1x-2x shirt, and it was the perfect size and could’ve worked for someone bigger or smaller too.

It is simple to put on. Doesn't move or roll down/up. It is comfortable, not restricting with movement. Noticeable difference almost immediately. It isn't very thin, which is really good. Seems to be able to hold up to its shape without reshaping the actual binder.

Be sure to review your measurements versus the supplied product measurements for a great fit. I read all the specifics regarding the wrap measurements and compared them to my own. The band/wrap fits perfectly. I love the ability to adjust both bands, depending on how much support is needed. The adjustability allows for the right amount of compression and stability. I remain completely mobile, but just with some additional support. The material is very sturdy, but is smooth against my skin, so there is no irritation. Easy to clean and air dry. I would purchase again.

No problem using easy to it's simple to put on and holds my abdomen in place would buy again

I’ve been looking for a plus size band with really good support for my back. I love that it’s very comfortable and easy to put on and feels really good when wearing it either under or over clothes. I ordered mine way too big so I could definitely go down I or 2 sizes as it fits but moves after wearing it for a bit. So far this is the only product that I could find on Amazon that definitely fits a plus size person as other products I’ve ordered said plus size but then could not close around my waist. I wish they would make this product with bone in it for stronger back support. 😊

This ended up being way too big for me after having an organ removed. Go figure. So I returned it but it was well made, was what I wanted as it can be put on over or under clothes and did not have boning in it. I got stuck buying one that has boning in it after returning this but I didn't want back support, just a wrap to wear while my insides figured out where to settle now that there was an empty spot suddenly. It would have been perfect if it came in a smaller size.

I'm very impressed with this abdominal binder. The design of the material is very good. The dimensions and the range of for fit the size is exactly as described in the ad (not true of another brand). The dual bands are excellent in covering the abdominal area that's needed. Overall I'm very happy with it and highly recommend over any other plus size version in Amazon.
