I love this filter! It is perfect for my nano tank 3 gallons! I love the fact you can add your own media to the filter chambers. It is so customizable! It has awesome water flow. I highly recommend it.

Stopped working after a week

Great little filter worked great in my tank

I was initially hopeful about the hygger 3-in-1 Aquarium Filter due to its multifunctionality and compact design. However, my experience has been disappointing. After just a few weeks of use, the pump ceased functioning entirely, rendering the filter useless. This failure not only disrupted the filtration process but also compromised the oxygenation and circulation features that are vital for maintaining a healthy aquarium environment.​ Pros: Compact Design: The filter's design is space-saving and fits well in smaller tanks.​ Pretty quiet Cons: Pump Failure: The pump stopped working after only a few weeks, leading to a complete loss of filtration, oxygenation, and circulation functions.​ Reliability Issues: Such an early malfunction raises concerns about the overall durability and quality of the product.​ While the concept of a 3-in-1 filter is appealing, the hygger Aquarium Filter fell short in terms of reliability. A pump failure so soon after purchase is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this product to fellow aquarium enthusiasts seeking dependable filtration solutions.

This was a fantastic filter for our little 2.5 or 3 gallon tank. Slightly powerful for the little beta fish we have but manageable enough for the little guy. Now, where can I buy the replacement media?

Like other reviewers said, the filter is really nice and it seems to be doing a good job I like the waterfall feature, however it has started making a buzzing noise and it's really irritating.. has anybody figured out how to make that stop? It's a shame because I really like it, I tried tapping it a few times and that helped a little but it's driving me nuts! I might need to return it

Works fine until dirty

I'm so disappointed this thing worked for 3 days and has stopped I had hip replacement right after I bought it 3 months ago and was just able to set it up worked for two days and has stopped I feel like I should get a refund this is terrible!!! Or send me a new one?:(

Purchased the 5w version. This is hands down the BEST filter I have ever tried... and I have tried a LOT! DC motor removes the 50hz AC mains hum. 2mm piece of air line tubing over the shaft for the impeller to ride on and a small dab of petroleum jelly\Vaseline on the impeller shaft and it's absolutely silent. Tank is 6t from my head in the room where I sleep and even at 3am in absolute silence I can't hear it. Honestly cannot recommend enough, from no on I'm only using these filters.

I purchased this for my mom who is a senior because she wanted something that was quite and of good quality. Reading the reviews we were excited thinking this would be a good purchase. IT ISN"T. It makes an on and off grinding noise which keeps my mom up at night. Very disappointed.
