This bread mix was delicious! It was very easy to use in my bread machine, and produced the perfect loaf. I was worried it would taste a bit weird with the grains and seeds (I mostly eat white bread but am trying to expand my pallet), but I didn’t notice it at all - it as a smooth texture and just the right amount of softness, fluffiness and moisture. If it was cheaper, I would buy it much more often. The whole family loved it (including my picky eaters), and the loaf didn’t last more than an hour or two in our house.

I had to buy this twice, its my favorite mix for the breadmaker! I don't like store bought foccacia at all. But this bread is so soft and chewy and the flavor us to die for. Its been the most successful mix for my breadmaker so far.

This mix tastes great. It was a hit with me and my guests. As to the bread, rising, baking and taste were great. The mix of grains gives it a crispy texture, but it came out of my machine soft on the inside. This is a 5-star review for the mix. I took away 1 star just because of the price. Bread mix prices have become inflated lately, and I don't want to pay such a premium. I will use it as a splurge however, since guests were impressed.

As soon as I got this...I popped this puppy in my bread machine. Man, it smells so good. I just can't wait to taste it. Looking thru the bread machine window, it rose perfectly. It tasted good too!

Exceptional bread, taste, and texture. Easy to make in the bread machine and forms a nice crust. Highly recommended. Great with soup on a cold day.

The bread flavor is great. However, the included yeast packet seems to be old or bad because the bread doesn't always rise. I had to buy fresh yeast to make it work
