Not if it is on! The handles would likely melt/burn and the outside too!

What is it's thickness?

I wouldn't know exactly the measures sorry...but I have been using these for a year now and there is not a scratch or burn mark on them like other pans I recently just bought. They're not too heave or not too light either in terms of weight. Hope this somehow helps

Can the pots, pans and lids be put in the dishwasher?

No - The introduction that came with the pots and pans specifically said they are not dishwasher safe.
