It's not Andrews but it's fizzy and it does work. Indigestion is relieved.

bottle is now too narrow for a normal teaspoon
Still works as good as ever except the neck of the bottle is now too narrow for a standard teaspoon I have had to purchae a smaller teaspoon obviously no one checked the size of a normal/standard teaspoon otherwise would have been a score of 5

It works great
This is wonderful for an upset stomach. I grew up with this. We called it โAndrewโs Liver Salt โ. As soon as I start feeling nauseous, I take a spoonful in some cold water and it settles my stomach immediately.
