Love this treadmill!
I love this treadmill! I did a lot of research and compared a lot of different options before landing on this one. Personally, I feel like it is the best bang for the buck. The fact that it came pre-assembled was a huge bonus for me. I am a single woman living alone and it was extremely easy for me to set up. I did opt for the scheduled delivery to a room of my choice because it is pretty heavy. Once it was delivered I was able to get it unboxed and set up within just a few minutes. I have been using it for a couple of months now and it works great. The the automatic incline is awesome. The speed is more than enough for me. I can absolutely run full speed on it, although I mostly use it for incline walking. It is a good size. I am 5'7 and I have plenty of room to walk or run. I would absolutely buy the same treadmill again. I do have hardwood floors and so I did have to order a mat to keep it in place.

I cannot tell you how many reviews I read until settling on this treadmill
I have literally read so many reviews of treadmills, and searched high and low until I found one that seemed would be a good fit for me. The Sunny Health brand beat the Proform and other local store brands in reviews and in quality from what I found online. I also wanted a treadmill with a small footprint, so it could easily fit in my home, and something that I could both walk and run on. I also wanted an automatic incline, if affordable, to make things easier on me and prevent getting on and off the treadmill. This Sunny Health treadmill met all my requirements for an affordable price, and I'm truly happy I went with this one. When it comes in, let me say, please have two people ready. I am a 5'2, 100 pound female whose husband helped to get it over the threshold into the house and then I slid it across my floors to my six foot long nook. Total mistake. Reason? Because I didn't realize which end was which and I wanted this to face the patio door in my nook so I could look outside while on it. Another mistake? My nook is situated behind the couch with a wall opposite it, so I had a narrow space to work with and unboxing this thing took me a good hour and a half as my husband decided this was the best time to nap, and I refused to not woman up and have it put together when he woke up. I'm an idiot. LOL! This is so nicely packaged that there was no worry about the device having any damage, and I managed to lay it flat, and took a box cutter to cut the whole top off. I was doing a jig at this point because the treadmill looks fantastic and I knew I could get it out in ten minutes. Oh how wrong I was. The front of the device is HEAVY, and as someone who hasn't gone to the gym since I had my last child, my arm strength is lacking. I couldn't move it up an inch. What's more is that there are wood pieces holding this thing in place that are glued to the bottom of the packaging. I had to somehow pick it up to go over those humps. I struggled for an hour and a half until I got my two kids to step in the are of the box I managed to wiggle it out from for weight, and I then I picked up the non heavy end and "walked" the front over the humps. After finally getting it out, I did have to have one child hold the arms and top area of the treadmill up while I screwed the screws in. Once done, it was super easy to finish the set up, and I oiled under the treadmill mat, and was ready to turn it on. (side note, husband woke up, and helped me turn it around. With no wheels, it was a feat for me, not so much for his 6'2 self). After I let it run for a minute to oil the mat up, I was ready to roll! There is an on switch on the bottom front of the device, and from there the controls light up. The handles do have the up/down for incline on the left and the up/down for speed on the right. They also have a pulse reader on the handles, but I don't find it works well at all, and sometimes I get a little static shock on the left handle as an FYI. The face of the device has your start and stop, your time, quick buttons for speed in two increments (2 mph, 4, 6, 8 mph), has incline quick buttons, and music buttons on top that I don't use at all. There is also a magnetized latch that magnetizes in the middle of the treadmill at the bottom, and the clamp goes on you just in case you fall. The magnet is wrenched off, and it does stop immediately! In use, this treadmill does have a soft landing feature, which means when it's up you have to use your foot to push the pole in the middle, and the treadmill mat will start extremely slowly lowering. I have no fear of it being pushed and one of my kids trapped beneath it as it's like watching paint dry for it to fully lower. I did purchase four thick pads off of Amazon, and I have two under the front edges, and when it lowers, I bend down and wait for it the end edges to almost touch the floor before sliding them beneath so my floor is protected. I do find I have to really push this lever to get it to go down, but that could just be me as my husband was watching me flounder, and stepped on it, and it immediately started going down. Again, I'm only 5'2, so my stride is short and I walk normally anywhere from 3 to 3.7 mph. Jogging on this is at a 4-4.5 mph, and 5 mph is my max limit currently for my short legs. I was afraid this would be too slow for me to run on, but no way! I could do a full sprint and still not be on 8 mph which is the max. It runs smooth, but when I run, because I am in a nook area, my steps do echo to me. I have had treadmills before and I don't feel this is any louder than those. This is also in my living room, so when I am on it, my husband tends to put on his headset to listen to the tv and drown out my footfalls. The max weight on this is 240, and my husband tops out at 240-245 so he hasn't tried to go on it yet. I will update if he does to see how well it worked with him on it. In all, I love this treadmill and it's smallness, the buttons are amazing and work great, it's a smooth surface to run or walk on, and super easy to put together. I love the soft close and how easy it is to pick the treadmill surface up. The incline is smooth also, and gives a great workout. The only issues I could nitpick at is trying to get it out of the box on my own, and I wish the screen was a lot taller. It does have a phone holder, but then I have to look down to view it, and some other treadmills I saw had a raised top area so you're looking at height level as there was a phone holder on the very top of it. I thought about putting a small magnet on my door so my phone could magnetize to it and it would be height level for me. So if you're taller than 5'2, you'd definitely be looking straight down to watch anything and after a time that does strain your neck. Again, that's my only would be issues that very nitpicking. Otherwise I love this treadmill, and do recommend it!

Great Value
I recently purchased it and have been pleasantly surprised by its overall performance. The assembly process was straightforward and user-friendly, which was a big plus for me as I'm not particularly handy. In terms of functionality, this treadmill delivers exactly what I need for my home workouts. The range of speed settings and incline options provides a versatile workout experience. However, one notable downside is that the treadmill does generate some noise when in use, particularly noticeable when walking or jogging. It's not excessively loud, but it's definitely audible. For me, this isn't a dealbreaker, especially considering the price point. But for those seeking a whisper-quiet machine, this might be something to consider. Overall, considering its affordability and ease of assembly, this treadmill is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable workout option at home. Despite the minor noise issue, it delivers a commendable performance and functionality. Pros: Budget-friendly Easy assembly Versatile speed and incline settings Decent cushioning for joint comfort Cons: Generates noticeable noise when in use, particularly while walking

Superb Quality for an Affordable Treadmill
This is an excellent treadmill for the price. The quality is very durable and the belt gives you enough space to be comfortable regardless of how you walk, jog, or run. Assembly isn't needed either as it's pre-assembled so it saves you time. The app itself could use some work on iPads as it doesn't make use of the real estate the screen provides, but the bluetooth capability where the unit is connected to the app can detect when you're stopped, a workout ends, etc., and overall, is incredibly useful. Once you're done with the workout the space saving design makes it relatively easy to store. I can't think of any negatives other than the fact the unit is quite heavy at approximately 140 lbs. If you have an apartment, I recommend taking measurements to make sure you have a good enough amount of space before making the purchase.

6 Years Later and Still Going Strong – Worth Every Dollar
I’ve had this treadmill since 2020, and after six years of consistent use, I can confidently say it has been one of my best purchases. It still works just as well as when I first got it. I’ve used it for walking, incline workouts, and light jogging, and it has held up incredibly well over time. The motor remains strong, the belt runs smoothly, and I haven’t experienced any major issues. What really stands out is the durability. Six years later, it’s still reliable, which says a lot about the quality. I also appreciate how stable it feels during workouts—it doesn’t shake or feel flimsy. If you’re looking for a treadmill that will last long-term and give you solid performance without constant problems, this is a great option. Definitely worth the investment.

Designed for Walking/incline workouts. NOT FOR Running. 1yr Thoughts.
I've had this treadmill for almost a year. My main gripes come from the arms that hold up the console. THEY MAKE SO MUCH NOISE WHEN YOU RUN! The constant squeaking, rattling and metal sounds that this thing produces is so distracting. The console also shakes as if your experiencing a 8.0+ earthquake. For reference, I'm 5'9 at 155lbs. It should be stable enough for someone of my stature. Unless your holding down the arm supports with your weight to stabilize the arms to keep them from shaking then your going to experience a noisy machine. About 5-7 months in, the tread also became misaligned. The process to fix the tread is a 2 man operation and unfortunately I only had myself. This process was so much of a hassle since if you calibrated the tightness of the bolts for the tread incorrectly then the tread would start to skew off the walking tread quickly. It is literally a trial and error process that had me lift this thing so many times to finally align the tread tightness correctly. This treadmill works fine for incline and regular walking. The noise isn't there and there is minimal console shaking. But at a $700 price point, currently as of 02/02/2026, you can find FAR BETTER OPTIONS. If your a runner. Avoid this one. Its just going to Deteriorate and cause problems down the line. If I could I would return mine and get something better. This is the second machine from Sunny that has been a disappointment and I encourage everyone to avoid the brand.

I would not buy a treadmill with less width or length than this one has
4/21/2022 - Update after using this treadmill for about a year I use the treadmill 4 to 5 times a week for 2.5 miles at 3.5 MPH over varying inclines from 0 to 3. The treadmill has been flawless so far. Highly recommended. End of Update I also would NOT get a treadmill without auto incline. Doing it manually means getting off the treadmill and manually adjusting a plastic piece at the rear of the treadmill. Belt width on this treadmill is 16.5", length is 49.5". I'm 5' 10" and if not careful (and my feet move towards the rear of the treadmill a little). I can feel where the belt is joined. Staying a little forward avoids that. Very easy to assemble comprising 6 bolts with lock washers and 4 screws. Their screw driver isn't much good, I would use your own. They provide two allen wrenches of slightly different sizes but only one size is needed. The treadmill appears very sturdy, easy to fold up, easy to let down again. Bluetoothj speakers work OK to my Android phone. Not great speakers but wouldn't expect them to be great (after all, it is a treadmill). The speakers are certainly listenable to. The treadmill motor is very quiet also. I did purchase the mat by Sunny that the treadmill sits on. Per the instructions, I did lube under the belt before use. Probably worth ordering more when you order the treadmill. Using more than 5 hours per week...they recommend lubing monthly. All in all, a very good treadmill (not that I am any expert <g>). Update 2/21/2021 I’ve used this for the last several weeks now. I really like the treadmill. Seems to be well made, was well packed. The only very minor gripe I have is that between my phone volume control and the volume control on the treadmill it is a little difficult to get the volume just right. Either a little too soft or a little too loud. Not a big deal. The treadmill really needs a more granular volume control. Update 2/27/2021 I don't take any stock in the pulse readings. I see wildly fluctuating numbers given during various times during my walking sessions. I walk 2.5 miles at 3.5mph 6 times per week. I see pulse fluctuations from the 80/90 mark after, say 1 mile, and release my fingers or thumbs from the handles. 20 or 30 seconds later, when testing again, I see figures in the 120/130 range and once as high as 170. 20 or seconds later it is back to 80/90. Doesn't make sense to me. Update 4/1/2021 I sent an email to the manufacturer about 4 weeks ago. I had an observation about the display showing "Fat" and the manual showing "BMI" as well as asking a question about programming custom treadmill programs. As of today, I have had NO REPLY. Makes me wonder what would happen if I had a warranty claim (I don't ATM). Still not a good indication of support from the company. Lowering the rating to 3* due to this. 6 month (or so) update. Having used this treadmill for around 6 months, I have raised the rating to 4*. The only real issue that I can mildly criticize is that the volume steps seem to be too far apart to get the volume to a level that I am OK with. It's either a bit too loud or too soft. I have played with the volume on both the treadmill and my phone but can never seem to quite get it right. All in all, not much of a criticism hence raising the review to 4*

Does what I need it to do!
Simple, solid treadmill so far (I will update my review if this changes). I did a lot of research and have had a similar treadmill previously (another brand). Must haves for me included- it must fold down flat, auto incline, a place to hold my phone, tablet, and water bottle, and a minimum of 20” wide running deck and a minimum of 50”long running deck. This treadmill met all my requirements. The treadmill arrived well packaged. I ordered “Room of Choice” delivery and that worked out well. It is heavy so my husband helped me open the large box with a box cutter. I removed all the styrofoam and plastic wrap packaging from the front and my husband was able to lift up one side of the treadmill(while I removed the packaging from the back) and wheel it to its exact location. Just be sure you are lifting the side without the wheels and that you cut that side of the box open so you can pull/roll the treadmill out. I was then able to do everything else on my own and it required very little setup besides adding the cup holders and adding lubricant to the belt. Disposal of the box and packaging was handled by my husband but I just wanted to note that is a very large sturdy cardboard box so some work was required to break it down. I particularly am enjoying the free Sunny fitness app with the running and walking programs…I mostly enjoy looking at my tablet and scrolling social media or watching Netflix while I walk but it’s nice to have the option to do a running/walking workout and not have to worry about a subscription. The only slight con that I can find so far and I knew this going in…..the height of the console/uprights/handlebars. Everything is convenient and reachable ..I’m 5’8”. However, it would be a little better if the console was a few inches taller for visibility. I probably wouldn’t even have noticed it if my previous treadmill console hadn’t been situated a little higher. All in all ..so far so good. The sound so far seems like the typical treadmill noise…it’s definitely not whisper quiet but not super loud…you can definitely hear my footfalls. I’m able to walk/jog/run comfortably. There is plenty of space for my phones, tablet, water bottle , TV remote. I use the fold down functionality each time I use it and no issues with that at this time.

Fantastic Treadmill works great - but unable to Register for Warranty web address not working!
This is a truly well made treadmill, excellent value for the money. The packaging was well taken care off and is a breeze to setup. I have been using it daily and it works great! The key, to keep a treadmill trouble free is to oil the belt frequently and if needed to adjust when needed. There is one thing that I am not happy with: Is that I am unable to register the treadmill for warranty. Going to the weblink given: sunnyhealthfitness.com/warranty does not work at all. Maybe some one from Sunnyhealth Fitness can respond and correct this. It would be a shame selling a great treadmill advertizing a warranty with it, and then not being able to register it for warranty! Hopefully someone at Sunnyhealthfitness will read this and correct it....

Walk like no one is watching you!
This is the best treadmill I have ever used! The fact that this company's name is Sunny could be the reason why this product brightened my day. I was able to customize my work out every day. The fact that I had space for my device( cell phone) sit on the monitor and not compromise my ability to see the calories, time elapsed, and distance was the highlight of my morning! I also was able to play my music or stream videos and not have to use headphones( if I did not want to!) through the bluetooth speaker. The volume was loud enough to hear but respectful enough to not disturb my follow family members. My treadmill was used to the max and the fact that I know that if I contacted you regardless of if my warranty ran out you would replace it either way! That is the reason why I am going to buy a new one instead of asking you to replace it because I know that your customer service is like your name it shines! I thank you for helping me have the flexibility to workout at anytime, in any weather, and at like the person who people think I am named after ( strut my stuff like I'm on a runway) ;)! 20/10 would recommend. Lastly, thank you for allowing those that cant afford your treadmill right away to have their payments broken down and spread out over a minimum of 5/6 months! The kindest regards, Tyra Burgess

Excelente producto, volvería a comprarlo

A Good Walking Treadmill
I bought this unit for my parents who use it for walking. It is not too small (some treadmills are too short) but it fits perfectly in their condo. The unit is easy to assemble with two people. It is sturdy, but I would not use it for serious running. The elevation is controlled electronically with a motor so it is very convenient. I like the fact that it has handles so my parents have something to hold on to in case they stumble. My parents are religious with their work out and they use it everyday. They walk quite fast too. So far, the unit is holding up well, we are quite pleased with it. The only caution: the unit comes in one big box and it is not light.
