These are a great addition to those being mindful of their glucose level. I take these if I am having a higher carb meal and when I am wearing a CGM it definitely helps keep my sugar from spiking.

I'll preface by saying that I did my homework. I saw the new formula as advertised, and I went down a "rabbit hole" online about loquat leaf and its properties. This is the real deal! Spiking is more common than you think, and I can't believe there's a product that helps manage healthy blood sugar levels - NATURALLY. You can tell the manufacturer knows what they're doing, and I feel better and safer using this product over others Ive tried. If you're on the fence, give it a shot! Absolutely worth it. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Not really sure if this helps . I do sometimes take it before consuming a high carb meal . Hopefully it’s helps with a rise in insulin levels

Wow! This supplement has really helped prevent the post food spikes. My sugars are a lot more stable and now that I've been taking it for 4 months, my A1c went from 6.6 to 6.2! I feel so much better and it's so easy to use.

I used the original formula and the new formula and tested both with a CGM glucose monitor. While both formulas worked to keep blood sugar levels stable, the new formula is like 200% better. No spike. The new version has loquat leaf and as you can see in the CGM graph it works great. Just as good as fiber! The Glucose Goddess better be watching!

I'm pretty sure this is more of a gimmick or placebo item rather than legitimate. I'm tried it many times just a few minutes before I start a higher carb meal. I also have a CGM in use and the carb spike is quite a spike. Why two stars then? There is no true way to know if this is actually working or not for me. Of course I can take it for one meal and then not for the other. Of course, with a difference in what I eat the result would be inconclusive. Testing over two meals and eating the exact same food, prepared and portioned the exact same and then making sure your blood sugars start at the same level for each test. It's an impossible scenario to completely test. I doubt there are any studies done on this product and I'm pretty sure it is a knock-off of another product that I have seen studies for, but who knows if it is exactly the same. Heck, I guess it should be a one star instead.

I've found that Level Off helps reduce blood glucose spikes, but it works best when combined with a healthy, low-carb diet. In my experience, it's not a substitute for good eating habits. However, on occasions when I decide to enjoy foods that are higher in carbohydrates, taking the pill seems to help reduce the spike to some extent. Of course, I believe results may vary from person to person. There are no magical pills or quick fixes when it comes to health. A healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, a balanced diet, and stress management, remains the most important factor. That said, we're all human, and sometimes we want to enjoy special meals with family and friends. For that reason, I've ordered my second bottle and plan to continue using it as part of my overall health routine. Wishing everyone good health, happiness, and balance in life.
