Question 1

I bought the m2, do i need to always press pause on the phone or can i do it through the earpod? that way i dont have to have my phone on at all times

Accepted Answer

Hello,
Thanks for your question!
When your earbuds are connected to the APP, you can tap the earbuds to switch speaking objects or start/stop speaking, instead of always tapping your phone to pause.
Hope this helps you!

Question 4

I want larger foam cushions for a better fit to stay inside the ear; what is the size to order?
(usually ordered by the diameter of the speaker)

Accepted Answer

Hello,

Thanks for your question!
The M3 package contains two pairs of earplug caps of different sizes, one pair of large size and one pair of small size.
If you need a larger size to fit your ears, wear the larger ear tip caps over the ear tips.
Hope it helps you!
