When I decided to invest in a vibration plate, I approached doing this with a healthy amount of skepticism. Vibration plates are the latest trend, and so I wasn’t expecting anything significant, other than pain relief in my hips.Due to limited mobility, I keep this one under my bed for easier access, as I do tend to stay in my room more often than I am downstairs with everybody else. I typically use this plate in the morning, and alternate with my moms plate from Life Pro, in the evening ( so I’m closer to the kitchen ).I don’t use any of the high settings, I keep the vibration on the lower ones - P001 and P002 ( for Life Pro the setting would be just P1 and P2 ).I’ve been using this vibration plate in particular since March 6th. I am already seeing noticeable changes. The bloating has gone down in my thighs, arms, waist, and even my face. I do have PCOS, and so I think the vibration is helping reduce the cortisol, which is allowing my body to release whatever its holding onto. My knee ( which has swelled in the past multiple times ) has not swelled at all.Using the plate has definitely made me pee more, as I do make it a point to hydrate before and after use. I was originally going to purchase a smaller version of this plate, but decided to get the bigger one so I have more room. I have small feet, and my stability when standing ( without my leg braces especially ) is not always stable, so being able to shift around on it while holding onto something was a big factor in my decision making. That and the fact that it is pink, lol.If you want to support your lymphatic system, I would highly recommend investing.I would also say that if you want to see significant changes, then incorporate this into a pre-existing workout routine ( for example, I like to incorporate my pink plate as a warm-up before I go rolling on the trail in my wheelchair ), and be willing to actively make the necessary lifestyle changes to further improve your wellness - diet, sleep, etc.This is a good quality plate, it is easy to move around, and I would recommend this. I included a photo of my foot on the plate right after use, so everyone gets a good idea about the size.

It does what it is suppose to do, vibrates. I had an issue at first with the remote. Great and responsive customer service. I am using it for inflammation in my legs, I am sitting on a chair with my legs on it. I do this about 4x per week for 10 min a day and I think it is helping with getting my circulation moving for sure. I will work my way to standing because I original bought it for weight loss. It seems sturdy and I am only on setting one as it really vibrates.

I have had this for a few months and enjoy it! Easy to operate and works as it should. When first starting out you sometimes feel tingling in legs but after 3-4 times at 10 mins it went away. I have issues with swelling after being on my feet at work all day and this seems to help with that. I also have overtired legs and so far helping with that too!

This is a great product, it handles a lot of weight and has worked for well for me for the last 6 months. Downside is every time I use it when I turn it on, down, or off, it beeps incredibly loudly and can be heard across the house. Otherwise, it's exactly what I was looking for and I'm really pleased with it.

The media could not be loaded. I've used this for a few days- it works nicely I think...but ....as strange as this sounds.. okay hear me out .. I use this while watching TV. I have a LG Smart TV and I was going to put the volume up on my TV remote when I heard this vibration plate "ding" as if a setting changed...and omg! The TV remotes volume arrows changed the amount of time on the vibration plate!! I thought I was going crazy!! My husband tried it and it happened to him!!So idk what waves these remotes are on but if you have an LG Smart TV remote and use the volume arrows while using this machine it will change the amount of time and then channel buttons turn it off!! 😂😂. Very strange!!!Anyways this gives a nice workout. Only used program 1 so far and I definitely feel it working something lol ..and the itchy skin is REAL. I googled why it happens and it makes perfect sense. My body is getting used to me using the plate now so it's not so bad.

I absolutely love my vibration plate exercise machine. My daughter has one at her home, I tried it and decided I really wanted one for myself. I opened it and started using it right away. It’s amazing, I feel it working already. I had a left shoulder replacement last July and I’ve had long lasting significant swelling of my left arm and hand. My arm seems a little less tight in just a few days using it. I am truly optimistic that this will only enhance my recovery in using this product. Ann E.

I have never written a review for an Amazon product before, but I have to write one for this product. It has been an absolute God-send. I am 50 now and for the past year I have had really bad circulation issues. My feet and legs were unbearable to walk on in the mornings and after sitting at my desk for long periods of time.I received this a few days ago. I do 10 min in the morning and 10 minutes at night on the P5 setting. My pain is completely gone! In the mornings my legs and feet feel great- ZERO pain!! Throughout the day- ZERO pain!!I wish I could give this product 10 stars!

First of all...WOW! Second of all...DOUBLE WOW!! I just received mine today. It's 1am am I just started using it. Was feeling a little restless but didn't think it would be any kind of a big deal to sample it. I've been playing with the settings and when I tell you it makes you WHOLE body feel relaxed but like you engaged in a cardio workout...MAN! I've set mine up in my home office. I've used it standing up and also sitting at my desk. There are no words to delineate how invigorated yet at peace I feel. This equipment is a must for help with blood circulation, muscle strength and pain relief. Get it! Hurry and get it before the tariffs kick in. :-) j/k
