Great lap top

Lasted 4 months…very disappointed. Will replace this laptop with another brand.
Laptop totally dead…won’t turn on, won’t start after on buttons are pressed. Does not charge. Had 4 months…and then nothing. Laptop has not been dropped, it stays on my computer desk. It never leaves my desk.

So far, so good
I was very hesitant to buy this laptop. Although the price and features looked excellent, the fact that it was an off-brand bothered me. I rolled the dice, bought it, and (at least so far), I am very pleased with it. The box has a very solid, sturdy feel to it. The system is extremely fast and responsive, with no compatibility issues. Hopefully this will continue to be the case moving forward, but at this time it seems to be a solid product.

Does Everything I Need It To Do
A solid laptop at a very reasonable price. Decent amount of RAM and a large SSD drive. Windows 11 installed with absolutely zero bloatware. This is a very good machine for running MS Office, browsing, e-mail etc. Probably wouldn't be a great choice for gaming but a solid machine for everyday tasks. Backlit keyboard is a nice feature. Solid case and a nice crisp display. I have recommended this product to friends and family.

Really good at first
The computer itself performs pretty well but there were frustrating things that added up and ultimately are causing me to return it: - the keyboard is so cramped that it's actually hard for my hands to find the right keys without looking down at the board. - the lack of an enter key by the number pad makes data entry annoying - the trackpad is so easily brushed against while typing that I frequently click away from the text box I'm working on. (It happened as I wrote this bullet!) - this is most minor of all, but the laptop creaks when you use it or move around. Probably thinner materials/plastic which shouldn't come as a surprise. All of these reasons together were too much for me and I'm sending it back.

great laptop
when I am on the road it is comforting to have something other than just my phone, easier to view documents and internet searches. Battery seems to be sufficient for my uses.
