functions problems

since day one I had problems with the device's functions. we could not install the mail accounts or G-mail event we had problems with the keyboard and the worst was that Huwaei's functions and apps were not working. I need it to go soooo many times to the shop in Dubai Mall that reset the device twice and I need to download all my apps again. veryunsatesfided
