Do not buy!
This product is defected! Joystick stops working or doesn’t work properly at all! Purchased for my 6 year old granddaughter and company stages there is nothing they can do! She is heartbroken! She loved that toy! $50.00 fir a toy that was made improperly! Buyer beware! The company should stand by its products but it doesn’t!

Adorable Claw Machine
The grandkids absolutely loved it. My 7 year old granddaughter asked for this particular claw machine because she had seen it at a friend’s house. She and her lithle brother were both thrilled.

Horrible.
It was such crap. My daughter was so happy to open it on Christmas BUT the second she tried to use it, the claw doesn’t move sideways. It only goes up and down. It was definitely malfunctioning or just plain broken. Skip this, your child will be sooooooo disappointed. And that is not fun to see.

Stopped Charging after 2 months and not one will help
We got this is Christmas 2025. It has been 2 months and we have enjoyed it; however, it is not not charging with the cord. It is obviously outside the Amazon return window. Amazon directs you to Mindware for product support. Mindware says they do not offer any help because it was "shipped by amazon" and they do not have a warranty or appear to stand by their product.
