Sturdy, elegant, excellent keyboard
It is a great keyboard that feels incredibly premium. It is low profile, yet feels substantial due to the aluminum frame and it sits firmly on the desk. The keys have very nice texture to them and typing is pleasant. Lighting effects are not over the board and implementation is soft and pleasant rather than flashy, if that make sense. I'd use this keyboard at work without getting second looks. My major hesitation was G hub. I have Logitech mouse and older Logitech gaming keyboard and found their Ghub software confusing and useless as a result. To my surprise, either mine renewed interest helped here or Ghub got some improvements because I had a good experience customizing commands and features. Ghub also provides links to short description videos which helps. Overall I expected a neutral experience yet I'm quite impressed and so happy with the purchase.

Thee bestt keyboard I've ever usseed ... until it wassn't (DOUBLE KEY PRESSS)
BUYER BEWARE: if you purchase this keyboard, watch for the double key press issue. If it starts, it's going to get worse with time. Replace it if you are in the return window, otherwise you will be stuck trying to get Logitech to support or replace it. Double key presses are the bane of this keyboard's existence, and it is a common complaint from users. Myself included. This occurred shortly after the Amazon return period closed, so I'm working directly with Logitech to try and get it repaired/replaced. So far, it has been a lot of back and forth with support agents and most of them regurgitating the same boilerplate text over and over. After a couple days, they finally agreed to submit it for replacement (if it's even approved, that is still up in the air). For a keyboard that costs north of $200, there is no justification for the hassle factor and disinterest by Logitech to resolve the issue. I have no certainty that the replacement will not have the same issue either. This is very disappointing since Logitech's previous keyboards that I've purchased (the G810 Orion, G815, and G915) have all been among the best keyboards I've ever owned. The G915 TKL is still to date the single best keyboard I've used, but I wanted a white keyboard with a 10-key, and this was the option available. Add to that, the addition of PBT keycaps rather than ABS keycaps, I thought this would be a no brainer. If it wasn't for the double key press issue, this would be a 5-star review. It's the single finest keyboard I've ever used, with great connectivity options, media keys, and RGB lighting that shines through the keycap making it easy to use in dark rooms. That's my single biggest complaint with other keyboards with RGB lighting, and it's something Logitech has excelled in. Overall, an outstanding keyboard but marred by the quality control issue of Logitech.

It's a perfected G915 from a few years ago..
I have a G915 from a few years ago (clicky switches) and now I just bought this G915 X (tactile). It may not be a huge upgrade over the G915, but I think of this as a perfected version of it due to the PBT keycaps, the stable switches, the switch feel, USB-C, and supposedly better battery life. I think the tactile version of the G915 X is my favorite tactile of any tactile I've ever used. The bump in the switch travel is so subtle that during fast typing, the keyboard feels nearly linear. It's during the slower/infrequent key presses that you can feel the tactile bump. For me, this is perfect for gaming, absolutely perfect. The updated (shorter) switch actuation point/height really complements the newly updated GL switches in the G915 X. The actuation is immediately after the very subtle bump and the effort is much lighter than the G915 tactile. I absolutely adore this keyboard. It's what I wanted from the original G915. I appreciate that they didn't try to reinvent the wheel here. Now for those experiencing your settings defaulting or resetting: It's because 1) Your GHUB isn't on, or 2) If you use on-board memory, you didn't properly save to a profile or 3) You have auto-update for GHUB which tends to reset all the settings. Yes GHUB is awful, but you don't have to run it on start-up if you figure out how to save your settings PROPERLY to the on-board memory profiles. 9-month update: This is still my favorite keyboard I’ve ever owned.

Love this keyboard for work and play
Love it, alot. I work from home and use daily. I need a full 10 key and most quality keyboard either don't have it, or are rediculously expensive. Had the g815 wired version before this and it was nice too but had some issues. The g815 has proprietary key caps that had tiny clips thay would break. Getting new ones was damm near impossible but I loved the feel. That one I moded with density pad and masking tape inside to help with the tone and typing feel, and had used tweezers and super glue to fix the key caps. Every time I pulled them to clean a couple would break, it was annoying. The g915 fixed all that. The caps are more cherry like buy still low profile, they changed the key cap meterial and are more dense now, the key bump is just right so they are not loud while I'm on the phone but still give me good feedback. I use it for work about 45 hours a week, plus gaming/research/CAD probably 5-20 hrs a week, it's held up very well and battery stays charged with damn near full time use for about 2 weeks. My only complaint and hopeful fix, it took logitec forever to come out with the white one, I hope they do that sooner with the next model. Oh, and please fix the stupid logitec lightimf software. We still can't bring the lighting comfig onboars with any logitec device. It would be nice if that worked right. Other than that, they finally got the build solid on this one.

Almost Perfect TKL Keyboard
Typing on this keyboard was great, but I ended up returning it due to one major flaw. There was no way for the LEDs to stay lit when plugged in. This resulted in the lights randomly turning off after 1 min of innactivity, even when I set a 15 min timer in Logitech G hub. Bug? Maybe they'll firmware patch this down the road, but I need the LEDs to always stay on 100% when wired.

Worth every penny!
I love this keyboard!! Battery life is phenomenal. G-Keys are harder to set up, but worth it. Individual key lighting is great! Not super clicky sound. The weight is ideal for maintaining your desired position, functionality is superb, and it features a metal top plate, providing added durability. Oh and Lightspeed... need I say more??

Pure trash, two stopped working some number of months in
The keyboard feels good but I had two die within a year, they do not type anymore, nothing happens. They are on just the keypresses stop doing anything. I will not purchase again. The other problem is they come with GHUB which is quite possibly the worst most buggy software out there for hardware. I do not install it due to the mountain of problems it causes (like it changes my Camlink4k based web conference to black and white and is not supposed to even control that!). Good keyboard, junk quality control and will not buy another.

Good keyboard but extremely bad software and maybe firmware too
The keyboard is fine, battery life is good, but the G-hub software is the most unintuitive and frustrating piece of software I've ever used in recent years. The software is so bad that I almost returned the keyboard until I found a very ridiculous way of making it work. Not to mention that the crappy software initially making me believe the keyboard was malfunctioning (thus initiated a return but later cancelled). When many users complained about the software I had reservation at first because, come on, it is 2024/2025 and it just can't be so bad, until I put my hands on it and tried to customize then I knew that they did not exaggerate a bit. Next time when users complain about Logitech's software I'll believe them and will try to stay away from the product until they got any issues fixed. update 9/10/2025 Reduce one more star. Now I am getting annoyed. The keyboard's lighting will turn off with only a few keys (F1/F2 and maybe a couple more) lights up, and I have to start the ghub software to make it right again. This happened about once a month during the first several months. Now it's about once a week. update 12/16/2025 One more star dropped. The problem described above is getting worse, instead of once a month the keyboard lights go haywire, it's now about once or twice per week. And despite several ghub software updates, it is still a total piece of junk, the only thing added is ads on its main page, and that it's now almost impossible to save custom key assignments to the keyboard for on-board memory mode. Dear logitech, this is likely the first and last wireless mechanical programmable keyboard I bought from you. The only reason I didn't drop it to one star is its battery life.
