Great pills .after I amended my dose
One of these did not work very well...2 worked a little too well. I opened a capsule ..emptied it into a shot glass and for the next 3 nights took 1/3 more...Perfect! Hope this helps someone

This product working with less recommended dose
I use this product for my severe constipation for a first time I hope that my body not get addicted donโt have any information how this product works ,yesterday I took 1 capsule before sleep not expecting it work but around 2 am I have cramps inside my stomach and a lot of bpm after that diarrhea I lost a lot of liquid at day time no bpm or cramps
