Don’t hesitate just get it. It’ll be worth it.
Beautifully put together. Works with your phone with an app. You can put in their names of your medication‘s. When each alarm goes off, it tells you all the medication’s that you should be receiving. You can change the times at any time you want to. And you can turn the alarms off. You can even hit next to go to the next one and it will dispense the pills. It’s easy to put together. You just open up the shell and clean the wall lining and then place it back in and fill in your pills. Once you lift the thing that holds the individual pills do not move or lift up the individual pill divider if you lift it you will have all the pills go all over the place. it works absolutely great. I can’t see it anymore. I’ve had five of these different brands different kinds and this is the one I love the most and I’m on over18 medication’s.

PILL DRAWER IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN FOR THE ELDERLY
PILL DRAWER is VERY, VERY HARD to OPEN. My elderly mother in-law literally did not have the strength to push the drawer to release!! Once I got it out she could not push it into the locking latch to reengage for the next day. Great product, easy to setup and the chime/ UI are very good. But it is useless because the pill drawer is fatally flawed. Fix this an it is perfect.

Not reliable and simple enough to use
We purchased this pill dispenser for our memory-impaired elderly father. Unfortunately, it proved to be undependable. It uses Bluetooth communication with our mobile phones and we had it connected to both my father‘s phone and my phone. My father does not have Wi-Fi at his home. We found that the rotating slots did not always advance properly, and for some reason, the trap door would not always open and drop the pills into the removable tray. The dispenser comes with a pair of tweezers to be able to get pills out of the slots, but there is no place on the dispenser to keep the tweezers. Then my father could not remember where we had set the tweezers to be able to get his pills out of the slots. We also found out the hard way that you can’t manually advance the rotating slots to correct it without lifting it up. Unfortunately, when you lift it up, all of the pills fall through and mixed together and you have to sort them out to get the dispenser set up again. We also found that something as simple as having to press on the little tray to get it to release to access the dispensed pills wasn’t easy for him either. You have to press on the left side of the tray with a quick press of your thumbto get it to release. He struggled with that.

Would not buy the same one but love the idea of it
I turned it off since I was leaving for the weekend and didn't want to take the whole device. Ever since then it's been acting up, that was about 2 weeks ago now. The alarm is supposed to go off at 5:30, it doesn't go off until after 10. And initially when I turned it back on it said something about to much use and meds will not be dispensed until the next scheduled time. It won't connect back with my phone either. But prior to this, it worked great.Figured i would come back. After reconnecting it. It still doesn't work. Keeps saying the button will be disabled until the next alarm. But yet no one has touched it and i haven't been able to get my meds from it and several days hoping it would get back on track. Granted I have whats in my 90 day supply bottles but the purpose of this thing was to make life a little easier. It truly seems like a waste of the money at this point. I'll probably just start opening the top and taking my meds out that way.

Too complicated
I have a degree in Computer Information and hardware. I tried many times to set this up. First it busted two gel caps and ruined the other pills in the dispenser. I had to take it apart and clean then it kept hanging other capsules. It would skip over slots. Sometimes it would not dump the pills. Most of the time the bluetooth would disconnect. After trying for over a month we decided to return the thing and go back to a manual 4 times a day dispenser. I really wanted this to work and I have never had so much trouble with a smart device. I have setup and built many computers, thermostats, smart lights, bluetooth radios. I can not recommend this.

Ease of Use
The machine is difficult to use if your hand srtrength is weak as the pill drawer needs to be pushed in to get the pills. The wi fi connection to your phone only works if you are close by. It will disconnect if you are too far away. The pill dispenser needs to have a wi fi connection itself so that you can always monitor from your phone. If you need to sdjust the position of the carosel you can't as if you pick it up all the pills will dump out.Overall the dispenser does what it's supposed to but is challenging for some to work it. A personn by themselves will find this machine to be difficult to use at best.
