I’ve upgraded from the iPhone 15 to the iPhone 16 Pro, and here are my thoughts: Camera: The rear camera has noticeable improvements, offering better photo quality and enhanced details. However, the front camera remains the same as the iPhone 15. Battery Life: No significant changes in battery performance compared to the iPhone 15. Design & Build: The new titanium body feels premium and sturdy in hand. Display: The screen is excellent, but when using a case, the difference in display quality between the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 15 becomes less discernible. If you own an iPhone 15, this upgrade may not offer enough to justify the switch. However, if you have an iPhone 13 or older, the iPhone 16 Pro is a substantial upgrade worth considering.

Extremely Disappointed – No Return Policy Mentioned Clearly
Apple usually offers a 14-day return and replacement policy, but that’s not the case here. I was unaware of this while purchasing and assumed the same policy applied—like most other products on Amazon. Now I’m struggling to return the iPhone 16 Pro I bought. I contacted both Amazon and Apple, and all I’m getting is blame passed between the two. No proper help, no resolution—just endless calls and frustration. I only wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, not cancel or misuse anything. But this experience has made me lose trust. How can I ever feel confident buying such an expensive product again on Amazon?
