Great bang for buck
Affordable, Sturdy. Thick aluminum. It holds the rolls perfectly and I have 10 ft wide rolls on there. The only part I don't like are the plastic chains for rolling or unrolling. The aluminum ends are sharp. Functionality is great works as expected. I would have also like the mount to be longer for when it sits on the Cstand that way it was easier to tighten.

Great space saving rollers for a small home studio
I've been battling for a while now with backdrop stands and problems with creasing my backdrop materials. I have a small home made studio in my garage and it's been frustrating trying to mount new backdrops in limited space. I cannot stand clutter and every square foot of space is valuable to work in. These rollers have gone a long way to helping me organise and set up my backdrops so that I can operate more freely. They're very easy to install on a ceiling or a wall and they can take the heft of large paper rolls with ease. When you're done, they simply roll back up to the ceiling, protecting your backdrops from creases and tears and I no longer have to keep packing and unpacking my equipment as a result. They really are a no brainer if you plan on doing studio shoots on a regular basis. My only gripe is that the plastic roller pulls are a little flimsy and get sticky at times, but that's the only downside. These really have helped me organise the space much better than before - I thoroughly recommend them.

TENBEST Background System: Streamlined Studio Excellence
The TENBEST Photography Background Support System stands out with its durable stainless steel construction, offering a versatile solution for studio backgrounds with its wall, ceiling, or stand mounting capabilities. Installation is mostly user-friendly, although ceiling mounting might require additional tools not included in the package. This system adeptly manages three background rolls, simplifying the task of switching between different settings during shoots. Its manual crank operates smoothly, avoiding any jams, and the 118" width is more than sufficient for wide-angle photography needs. After several uses, the system shows no degradation, underscoring its rust-resistant and durable design meant for long-term studio use. While it opts out of automated features for cost-effectiveness, it does not fall short in providing a robust, manual alternative that maintains high functionality. Overall, this TENBEST model is a commendable choice for photographers looking to enhance their studio setup with a reliable, easy-to-use, and durable background support system.

Doesn't work
I put this up to use when filming for my YouTube channel, Assembly and installation were pretty easy, each pole comes in 3 sections that twist together. I had to ceiling mount this system because of my space and how I wanted it not to be seen on camera. I did have to cut one of the poles as the total length was too long for my room. The chains are plastic, but I do really like the colors they used. I have yet to get this thing to work properly. The first issue I had was that it would start to roll up on one side faster than the other. This led to bunching and wrinkling my greenscreen. While trying to figure out what was causing the uneven wind up I ran into my current issue...it won't roll up at all. The bar just spins while I'm trying to raise it up. I've had this system for several months now and have been trying to get these problems solved before writing a review, but currently I am unable to use this to roll up my greenscreen evenly or at all. I cannot recommend this product.

Not worth the money.
Bought this for my studio and it does not turn easily. And the paper rolls just spin around it. The chains are cheap plastic and have broke multiple times.

Not bad
Does the job. The rods are a bit flimsy, they now have a dip in them from homing my backdrops up only been a couple months.

Gamechanger for me. Great set for multiple backdrops.
This is a great set, well engineered and well thought out. Really opens up some possibilities for your studio or field work. The ability to mount this to tripods/stands, you can really use this anywhere. Setup is a breeze and I had zero issues mounting this to my ceiling.

Not heavy duty but not bad for light duty
I wanted to use this with big heavy drapery but have not been able to and instead am using lighter rollers. It took me forever to get it set up because turns out the room I wanted to use it in, the joists change direction in the middle of the room and so it needed a bracing beam to connect to on one side since the joists weren't parallel. I do wish it were more heavy duty but also I feel like it's kind of in the budget range so it's a bit expected unfortunately.

Installation facile, barre transversale difficile a dérouler

A Must For Managing a Collection of Paper or Fabric Backdrops
When you start out in photography or even video recording, you kind of wonder about those coloured backgrounds. I did. And later, I discovered that these background colours were just simple paper rolls. Today, I guess you can pretty much shoot anywhere are cut and paste any kind of background you want, but I still like photographing on paper. Standard paper rolls are nine (9) feet across, and half rolls re 4.5'. I can tell you from personal experience, trying to manage 9' rolls of paper in a cardboard box, is not a lot of fun! You need room and you need to carefully extract that roll from the cardboard box. Next, you need a ten (10) foot pole to thread into the paper roll and then some hangers on light stands or grip stands, to hold everything up. Don't forget to sandbag the heck out of those stands, too! Next, raise the stands together, to keep the bar straight and then carefully pull the paper down - right onto the ground and several feet out, too, if you are going to see peoples feet. It's a lot of work! But there is hope! This Wall/Ceiling attachment by Tenbest can solve your problems. Or, at least, a lot of them. First, you attach this unit to the ceiling or wall. I much prefer the wall because I can mount a 1X8 or 1X0 across a room, and hit some studs every 16" or so. This will give you a firm, solid anchor point to start from. You can easily mount the unit so the lower roller is closest to the wall, and the next two protrude in front of the first. A "chain" will allow you to easily raise and lower a roll of paper and you won't get the paper doing a "runaway" on its own. Been there, done that. Not pretty. One thing to keep in mind too, get yourself every medium to large spring clips. They are great for clipping a paper roll to its self, to prevent movement. And they come in handy for lots more. In addition, get at least two sand bags to hold down the paper when you have it on the ground. Again, it's amazing how much "fight" a roll of nine foot paper has... This unit will easily let you manage three rolls of paper backdrops. You could also use muslin material too. The cost is more, but unlike paper, you can use it again and again. Usually, when people walk on the paper, you need to cut off the bottom and rollup what's left. After two or three jobs, you get a new roll. Or if you are only shooting across into the paper, well, you can use that paper for years! This unit by Tenbest is well made, well thought out, and easy to use. If you are currently working with paper backdrops or fabric ones, you really need to get something like this. You will work faster, and easier. You will not loose material trying to return it to the box at the end of each shoot. And I can tell you one other thing. Many times, your work becomes a "dog and pony show". In other words, sometime people are impressed by what they see around you and not just by your results. Look the part of a well organized professional, and you will get treated like that. Having a cool looking, functional backdrop management system in your studio, makes you look the part! Bottom Line - An excellent piece of studio equipment. Functional, durable and simple to use, it will help you work better and help to keep you organized!

Simple | Effective | Heavy
TL;DR - A simple, but effective backdrop system. Limited utility for the metal poles. DISCLAIMER - This review sample was provided to me free of charge. The opinions expressed are solely my own with no input from either manufacturer or Amazon. For context, I work as a professional photographer. I ordered this setup because I wanted to create a convenient, but temporary backdrop setup. And technically it works, but it's hardly more convenient than using a singular backdrop pole. If you intend to use this setup on stands you absolutely must secure everything with sandbags to prevent catastrophic failure. This is true even more so if you intend to use the included metal poles, as these poles make the entire setup incredibly top heavy. Additionally, there are diminishing returns in terms of efficiency. If you're using these primary to do only headshots or 3/4 body portraits where the backdrop does not need to be fully extended onto the ground, this setup is awesome. But for full length shots, the time it takes fully extend the paper out and secure it isn't that much more convenient than swapping individual rolls. Maybe I'm just fast at switching rolls, or painfully slow at everything else, but the annoyance of rolling up paper was basically the same to me. It's always tedious and makes me long for the days of electronic backdrop systems. The last thing I'll mention, that I absolutely hate is how cheap the chains are in all of these sets. I am perpetually afraid of snapping a link as I use them. They are literally the weakest link. Personally speaking, if you have the ability to mount these on a wall or ceiling, I'd highly recommend that over using them on stands. Other than that, not a bad product at all.
