A bit pricy but worth it
I was looking for a new laptop quite some time mainly to do my photo editing and it didn't disappoint. It's quiet, light with fantastic touch screen. I had it only for a month and had no issues. I would advise to add insurance just in case and buy it directly from ASUS as is it was 2 times cheaper. The only downside is that you can't upgrade RAM. So you have to decide between 32 and 64 GB. I picked up the 32 as the 64 was about £500 more. And I can't see how this price jump can be justified based on just RAM.

Required Firmware update before it would even boot to Windows
Disappointing start - no storage device detected so no boot to Windows! Straight from the box it required a firmware/BIOS update which fortunately being in IT I knew how to do and had another laptop to do it with. Not everyone would find that easy and it's really bad to let a laptop leave the factory unable to boot up! For £2200+ I would expect a lot better than fancy packaging. I hope now I have manage to sort that out it will impress. I might update this later as I have used it more.

Dead
Less than a month of owning and computer won't turn on. Amazon return / repair service atrocious. 14 days from receipt of item for a refund or three weeks for a repair

Unexpected reboots
I encountered a problem with this laptop right away, and I don’t know if it can be fixed: it can unexpectedly start rebooting right in the middle of work, without any warning. As a result, some of the project data is naturally lost. What could be causing this?

Completely failed after two weeks
Bought this laptop as it seemed to have everything I wanted: powerful CPU, discrete graphics, OLED screen, all metal body, small form factor... Unfortunately after just 2 weeks the power system completely failed which meant it usually wouldn't even boot. When it did, it ran incredibly slowly to the point of being unusable. Asked Amazon for a replacement but they told me I needed to refund it and buy another which was frustrating. Took a chance on getting a warranty repair instead... So far they have replaced the motherboard, and are replacing the entire lid and screen as they found other issues during the initial repair. Owned it for 8 weeks, but it has been at the repair centre for 6 of those so whilst it might be a great laptop, Asus clearly has terrible quality control and famously bad repair services. In hindsight I would not buy this, not anything else from Asus. For reference I had a Surface Pro which also needed warranty repair but it was back within 2 weeks...

A great laptop, very well designed with a nice software suite.
An incredible beast! The computer is very powerful, all software packages and specia offers add a lot of value. I ordered in the UK as this model is not available in the Netherlands. The experience was smooth and the price better than in mainland Europe, even after import tax. The ad mentions a 120Hz screen, it is not - it's 60Hz. I use this computer to replace my desktop (AMD 5950x, RTX 4070 Super 32Gb). Very happy with my purchase, it can do many things and it is so beautiful.

Asus sells refurb units as new
I've bought it as NEW but received a laptop with expired 1-year warranty (!) and internal SSD disk with more than 1800 power on/off cycles. And this is from the official ASUS store! Other than that it looks new and was in original box, so probably a refurb unit.

good enough
i had ghost writing after 2 weeks, but now it disappeared. the stylus is really cheap quality, but works fine enough. the laptop itself has good build quality
