the phone looks good from outside but the screen freezes for no reason frequently, and that happened from day 2 and I thought it's a software but unfortunately, it is not a software issue cause there is 2 software updates and yet the issue is still there

SUCH A SCAM ! Dont buy it! The phone was working well during 3weeks then the screen died, i can not touche control the screen anymore. Just to make it clear i bought this phone as secondary and it staid in a drawer. I visited apple, they confirmed the phone comes from the US and had been modified to be used in the UAE. So apple doesnt want to fix it.

Although it looks fine on the outside, after using it and having it checked, I found that several internal components have been replaced and are not genuine Apple parts. This was not clearly disclosed in the product description. I expected an original iPhone or, at the very least, full transparency about replaced internal parts. Performance and reliability are not what you would expect from a genuine Apple device. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for an authentic iPhone. Please be very careful and ask detailed questions before purchasing.
