Children Around the Prophet: How Muhammad raised the Young Companions

I would like to thank the author for working on, and putting together this book, this guide. I cried several times reading it. It was written in a way, which vividly made you live the scenes from the Seerah of the Prophet (SAW). Especially from this perspective, this is a unique book which I read like this for the first time. There is reading a story and living it, your author in this book, writes in a way, which enables the latter. I hope to internalize what I learned from this guide, and I thank the author for putting this guide/book together…

A must read for those raising mentoring children

Very well written and much needed book in our community…well done

My only complaint is that this book was slightly repetitive. I know that there are many sources to have gleaned more insight into the prophet’s(pbuh) mercy and compassion but the same Hadith are repeated time and again. However still a great book that give great insight and perspectives on how to treat your children (and possibly others)

What an amazing and inspiring read!! Highly recommend it to everyone, with children or without! It makes you fall in love with the Prophet PBUH, His teachings , His demeanor and gives us an example worth more than any we will ever find in this world!

Every individual needs to read this. The things and activities are what we are trying to do and practice regularly. These same activities practiced in Islam years ago.

This book has no references and feels like the topics are not thoroughly researched and are all over the place. There are incomplete stories which don"t develop interest at all. Personal stories are placed abruptly throughout which divert the attention of the reader from the stories of the children and the Prophet (pbuh).

You will love the Prophet (phuh) even more once you finished reading this.

The content is really good, and there are many good lessons to learn. However, the reference to hadith is not specified. Makes the book look a bit unreliable in my opinion.

This book is very informative and brings us closer to the character of our beloved Phrophet Muhammad S.a.w., peace be upon him. We are used to hear about aur Him from others perspectives such as husband, father, leader, friend and companion but never as mentor or care taker. We can learn a lot as parents and grow up as better persons for our children. Definetly a must have on every book shelf of muslim households.

This book answered so many of my questions about parenting the Islamic way. I can’t express how relieved I am to have found this book . Simple, clear instructions . Thank you. I would recommend this book to as many of them possible. I feel this book and books like these are very much needed to our times.
