SE2000 5" x 7" Combo Embroidery & Sewing Machine with Deluxe 130 Thread Spools & Accessories

I love this sewing machine. The ability to switch between machine embroidery and sewing on a single device is great for my limited sewing space, and the larger hoop size of 5"x7" gives me a lot of flexibility. The machine is a picky about tension when it comes to embroidery, so make sure you do a test embroider for any new combination of fabric and thread. I couldn't find the cards that offered a discount on embroidery designs that are supposed to come with this set. I finally found them in the plastic envelope on the outside of the box, with the packing slip. The embroidery thread that comes with the set is great. The regular sewing thread and bobbins are cheap quality thread and will clog your sewing machine with lint if you'd keep the machine clean. Overall very glad I made this purchase.

Highly recommend the Brother SE2000 sewing machine. Easy to thread, but different then my brother SE 350. Read directions. I have embroidered several items, it is substantially quieter than my SE 350. My dog does not run out of the room. I made another quilt, once again, it is very quiet. Great for piecing, curves, appliqué, and binding. Love, love love my Brother SE 2000.

The Machine came a week early. Great Deal!! I found everything in the box EXCEPT the 5 Embroidery Design Coupons. I was cleaning up the packing mess and making one more Check of what I had received but I still could not find the Embroidery coupons. I took all the Card board out to the burn pile and heaved it on to burn. I seen the packing list and some thing red flash by as it sailed on to the burning pile. I quickly retrieved the box and pealed off the Packing List. There was the missing Coupons. So If you get one of these machines look in the Packing List.

I love my machine. The tutorials that come with are fine just wished I had more time to learn the embroidery. The machine knows everything that is right and wrong.

I absolutely love this machine!!! Quality and value for the money!!! Speed of sewing is adjustable to a comfortable level.

If you want to get into in the hoop embroidery or need an updated machine, this is the one.

Terrible seller. The brother 2000 software never worked and the machine was useless. Their 30-day return policy is a trap. By the time you notice problems, it’s too late. The seller refused to help and told me to contact Brother, who only offered a refurbished replacement. Buy directly from Brother and avoid this nightmare.
