Arrived as scheduled with everything but gas. I put oil in and added some gas and it started right up. I ran it about 3 or 4 hours so far with a medium load and it handled it just fine. Trying to wait for the 25 hour break-in to put it a bit further to the test. So far everything is good and is relatively quiet compared to another one I had about the same size. Just have to talk a bit louder than normal when you're next to it. Very pleased so far, I hope it will last for a long time.

I received the product on time, though it didn’t come with gas. I added oil and some fuel, and it started easily. I’ve used it for around four hours with moderate load, and it managed well. I plan to wait until the 25-hour break-in to test it more thoroughly. It’s pretty quiet compared to a similar model I had before, but you do need to speak a little louder nearby. This generator is great, after adding oil and gas it started right up, I am currently under a blizzard with no power and I am running my heat furnace, charging devices and my fridge with no problems and on ECO mode it lasts 5-7 hours on a full tank. I’m on about 20 hours of use and before refueling I let it cool off for about 30 min and then start it again. No issues so far.

I purchased this generator simply for the low price, huge mistake. I added oil and gas and tried cranking but not happening. I pulled the spark plug and it was wet from the gas so I tested the spark. No spark. I pulled a few more times and the spark mysteriously returned and the generator started. Still haven't figured that one out. When the generator started it ran for three seconds at wide open throttle and died. Tried several more times with the same results. I then noticed that the stepper motor on top of the carburetor had fallen apart. I brought the generator in the house and set it on the kitchen table so I could fish the broken parts from the generator. To my surprise gas began pouring from the generator. Now my wife is pissed. I contacted Amazon to try to get a resolution only to be told it was a nonreturnable item and I would have to contact the manufacturer. Good luck with that! They don't answer the phone number provided and the only response i got through email so far is suggestions on what the issues might be. 🤔 Amazon needs to step in and make this right. Refund my money or send me a working nondefected generator. Update: Amazon did provide a refund! Thanks

This is a great generator. I did a whole lot of research on the different generators based on longevity, durability, cost, fuel efficiency, Real wattage and I found this one. I needed an inverter generator because I was using sensitive electronics while on the road in my van. This generator runs my smart tv, PS5, electric heater in winter, and portable AC in the summer. It works flawlessly. Real world run time at half load is about 9.5 hours (I run it on Eco mode) and the tank is just a little over 1 gallon. This unit was $559 with an instant $50 off coupon, so $509 CAD, which was great for this size of inverter generator. This unit starts on one pull every time. You won't go wrong with this unit.

Needed a generator for my son and I as we are soon building 2 cabins . It arrived in pristine condition. Read the instructions and filled it with oil .Then topped up with gas , turned selector to choke and gave it a pull .. it attempted to fire first pull, second pull fired right up and turned selector to run and it purred away . Can not get over how QUIET this runs , can talk normally with it running and can be heard easily. Amazing generator for its size and power . Like that it has several different power options so covers everything we need it for . My son is thinking we might grab a second one .

Arrived quickly and undamaged. Startup was uncomplicated with only a few pulls of the starter rope. Performed a couple of hours of break-in run time with two oil changes to eliminate any metal residue from break-in. Unit is louder than I had hoped, but in a workable range. I might invest in sound dampening housing to keep good relations with neighbors in the event of a power outage. We are home emergency users, not RV users. Features are excellent, including a clear set of performance readouts. Good value for money IMHO.

So far very impressed. Right out of the box I added the oil and fuel and it started In a couple pulls. I purchased it specifically for RV use. I like the digital display. I it running the AC in my 5th wheel and it works great. I wish it was a little quieter but it’s ok. The output was only 40% to power the trailer and run the AC
