GREAT DESIGN AND QUALITY CONSTRUCTION.
This belt has been a very pleasant surprise. i recently broke my back. insurance provided an 800$ “ turtle shell” back brace. and it is helpful. but this belt brings more relief and more comfort. The massage motors are perfectly placed for the two major muscles in my lower back. the frequency of the vibrations seem optimal. The heat is excellent. Amazing that they could provide heat on a wireless device. It shuts off automatically after a while. I recommend it highly.

It is a gift sent from God 😇
My husband suffers from severe chronic lower back pain. I ordered this belt for him.And he loves it!! He says that it's a gift from heaven.🥰 The only bad thing is, the vibration makes a humming annoying noise. I wish it was less noisy.

As someone who spends most of their day sitting, I often find myself with a sore low back. The belt has been very helpful. The four different modes and heating function are perfect for targeting specific areas of tension. Plus, the ergonomic design provides amazing support and comfort. I have been using it daily and really feel good with the heat and massage on the lower back.

Great value
I really like this back belt. It has heat, vibration and infrared setting. It automatically shuts off after 15 minutes which is great. The heat features are the best and helps to ease ease my back pain.

Battery pack failed the product
This product was great while it changed but only had it for one year and battery pack died for ever and now my husband's bones and muscles hurt again, so sad to see him 😢 hurt, that infrared red really helped him. Battery pack is sew into the belt so there is nothing we can do.

Works so far. Not sure it will be as effective as outdoor temp drops!
It has worked well for early fall in Northeast. Was disappointed that it shuts off every 15 minutes. Have to restart to keep it going. It talked about a 5 hour battery life, that is how long I thought it would STAY running for 5 hours. As the wear gets colder I will need to wear a warmer coat and it will be bulkier to restart while shopping in supermarket. I am willing to try and keep positive regarding turning it back on!

Intensity does not increase
I would give it a 5, but the intensity never increases and you cannot exchange it for a like item
