I have POTS and this stuff saves my life. It taste good. Its not to salty. It doesn't taste like a chemical sweetener. I start every morning with a glass before I get up and move. Anytime I carry some in my purse in for an emergency hydration. Compared to other ORS prices, Rapid Hydration is the best price. No red 40 or other colors is also nice. I like this more than I thought I would! The ingredients are simple dissolve quickly. I love it more than water. 😆

As a follower of the keto diet, getting enough electrolytes is the key to staying well hydrated. I like this one. The flavor isnt overpowering and can be combined with other drinks: juices, teas, etc. It dissolves easily but it clumps in the container. Easy fix, just break it up with your spoon and mix well.

Not be beneficial for gray hair. It turns a gray hair gold.

Well it says on the packaging that it is bottled in the USA but it also mentions a trademark and references Ireland so where is it manufactured exactly I'm guessing Ireland which is fine by me anyways. When I open the product the safety seal was intact and functional and the container was about half full of product and it does include a measuring scoop which of course is very handy. The blend of vitamins and electrolytes sounds good to me and the Barry flavor is okay and not overpowering which I also find pleasing. The biggest problem I have is that I found it will not stay mixed and will definitely have a white powder settle out to the bottom of the glass within 3 to 4 minutes. So unless you use this product in a sports bottle with a lid so that you can shake it up before each drink a lot of the nutrients will settle out to the bottom of the glass which is a deal breaker for me.

This electrolyte drink mix is ok. It's not terrible, and it's not great either-- kind of middle of the road, I guess? It's a little "meh" one could say. The flavor is alright, but kind of weak (to be fair, I add one scoop to 32oz of water instead of the usual recommended amount of 16oz). It has an interesting aftertaste that I can't figure out-- it's sort of fruity, but at the same time it's also kinda soapy? Maybe? I don't know how to describe it, and again, it's not terrible, it's just not great either. There's a good amount of minerals and vitamins in it, which is nice, and the price is pretty fair for how much you get, but if I'm going to add anything to my water, I want it to be something I really enjoy, ya know?

I take these supplements to stop leg cramps. This one is affordable.

I like using electrolyte drink mixes occassionally to help when I've found myself a little behind in my water consumption and need a quick boost. This does the trick and tastes nice doing it! I find the flavor to be pretty mild and not super sweet (which is my preference), a pretty subtle fruit punch flavor. You could always do multiple scoops for a stronger flavor, but I personally wouldn't do that because then it would likely also get pretty salty. Be sure to shake the container prior to scooping-- the mix tends to settle into its component parts, so you need to mix it back together. It also would benefit from an anti-caking packet, which I haven't seen in there, which actually surprises me, since this will logically absorb moisture and clump up. It doesn't dissolve completely in 8-10 oz of water, which was a little surprising, and I have always been left with a bit of white powder at the bottom of the glass. However, I typically consume this pretty quickly, so there's not tons of time for it to settle, which is fine with me.
