Very strong and durable set of kitchen shears. I was tired of average kitchen scissors and wanted something that was going to stay sharper and be worth the extra money. These do the trick for sure.

These two piece kitchen scissors work great for chicken.

Shears seems to be well constructed. Only time/use will determine if that is so.

So far so good I think they seem to dull fast haven’t tried the sharpener yet but first few uses they were really sharp they haven’t shown any signs of rust seems pretty good for the money.

These shears were the worst investment ever they are only good for cutting paper .

Picked these up to replace my very old kitchen scissors. It was a good price for the pair. However, the kitchen scissors have problems cutting where the knotch is for opening bottles. It's very sharp if you just cut with the tip of the scissors. I do have another pair that are almost identlcal but different brand and they have no problems cutting where the notch is. If it's a plastic bag, it just folds it. So far the Poultry shears work great though. They are also nice and sharp out of the box. First time using one specifically for this purpose and it provides a nice leverage when cutting thick meat or through bones. It's still a reasonable price for the pair as normally one of these would go for about that much. But you get what you pay for. It's likely a quality control situation.
