Really nice!
This vitamin is very good and really helped with my energy levels. I only had to switch because the dosage was higher than what I needed, but I still recommend it because of its quality and effectiveness.

¡Sí eleva la energía!!!!
Impresionante el nivel de energía. Tuve que tomarlo en el desayuno porque estaba acostumbrada al citrato en el almuerzo, pero con el malato estaba durmiendo 4 horas y me despertaba enérgica y no sentia canasancio en el dia :) Sin embargo yo tengo que dormir al menos 7. Cambié la toma para el inicio del día y ya me regulé. Desde que lo inicié, no he tenido otro episodio de fatiga crónica, que fue la razón para cambiar de citrato a malato. Excelente producto

No había probado antes el malato de magnesio, pero he sentido que proporciona los resultados para lo que es. Lo recomiendo.
