I just received this flat iron today and just used it… I don’t think I have EVER had a flat iron truly work on the first pass. I have thick, fine hair and straightening it is time consuming. But this flat iron worked amazingly! Very happy and I highly recommend it!

This works so incredibly well! I had been wearingy hair curly for years. I decided to go the straight route. I read all the reviews and chose this t3 product. There's a good reason they call it single pass. My hair is shiny. Bouncy and straight!

It’s ok. It does the job. The other reviews about it snagging your hair are true. I just have to go really slow and it helps a little.

I really wanted to love this flat iron. The product itself works well - heats up evenly, straightens quickly, and the 9 heat settings are nice. But I had a simple question and contacted T3's customer service, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Their support was absolutely terrible. Waited forever for a response, got vague unhelpful answers, and felt completely ignored when I followed up. It's frustrating because the flat iron is decent, but knowing I'll get zero help if something goes wrong makes me regret buying it. Honestly, it's not worth the price. You're paying premium money for a product with terrible customer service. There are so many other brands with similar quality flat irons that cost less and actually support their customers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This is an excellent product for the price. Highly recommend. Multiple heat settings, easy to use and maneuver handle, the thickness of the flat irons is perfect for short, medium and long hair. It looks sleek and very high end, comes in a great packaging and very durable itself. The long electric cord makes it really easy to work with.

So happy with this purchase. Makes my hair super soft and works so quickly with just one stroke needed!

I have only used it a couple times and I prefer may babyliss. It definitely took more than 1 pass . Not terrible but I have bought better for less. I gave 3 stars because it’s pretty. I wish I would have returned it in time.

J’utilise ce fer à lisser depuis plusieurs mois maintenant et il fonctionne toujours aussi bien. Il chauffe en quelques secondes seulement, ce qui est très pratique le matin quand on est pressée. Je n’ai pas remarqué d’accrochage ni de dommages visibles après plusieurs utilisations. La température semble stable et constante. Très satisfaite de la qualité et des performances. Excellent achat.
