Appears to be OEM Pixel 5 battery and has tools needed to replace and reseal phone!
I was surprised at this price that the battery matched the one that came out of the phone so either it's OEM or someone replaced my battery already. This $18 kit restored the battery life and replaced a battery that was starting to bulge. Included all the tools required plus instructions. The guitar pick spudges have limiters on one side which can keep you from poking too deep - important for the middle left side of the screen to avoid the screen wiring. The instructions weren't as detailed as some websites, but were sufficient. Removing the screen is probably the scariest part - make sure you get under the bezel lip and loosen the adhesive around the perimeter - having a tempered glass screen protector likely makes the screen less fragile. It was challenging to get the battery out once the peel tape broke, but with some prying it did come - watch out for the fingerprint sensor wiring about 20% from the top of the battery and the black wire which is a bit more obvious about 10% from the bottom of the battery (see pic of phone case without battery). The two sided tape holding the battery in is only at the top and bottom. I filled a glass dish with boiling water, drained/dried the water, then placed the aluminum phone case back against the glass for awhile in hopes of softening the adhesive. The precut seal for remounting/resealing the screen and bezel fit neatly - make sure you install it in the proper order after peeling off the old adhesive. You can install the adhesive on the phone back, then reconnect the screen cable (a bit tricky with my big clumsy fingers) and power on the phone to check that it works correctly before snapping the screen in. Pictures show comparison of new and old battery as well as case and the wires you should avoid prying against.

It works well.
This worked great. I think the instructions could be more detailed, but I was able to figure it out anyway. It got my phone working and the battery life seems pretty decent. Be aware, this is a pretty invasive/technical fix and if you don't have experience doing these kinds of repairs, this will probably be very difficult.

This battery sucks.
This battery is really bad. It makes my phone shut down randomly and I can't get it to turn back on until I plug it in. Sometimes, it seems to just dump all it's power. The battery was at 70% then dropped down to 0 in a few seconds.

Some instructions included
The battery seems good. The instructions are lacking. Terms like "may fall out during disassembly" and lacking any indication as to the correct placement. Also the instructions are for disassembly only. Several parts have no indication as to use or placement. Does this kit support other models and this the need for the mystery parts. Internet search is your friend! Take pictures once you remove the screen so you may have a clue as to the proper placement of the mystery bracket.

Worked great, I thought, but found out otherwise after a day or two.
Edit: Dropped the rating from 4 to 3 stars. Not sure why I didn't drop it further but I'll wait to see if the replacement works. Approach this, as you should all DIY fixes on phones, prepared to have to buy other stuff that you may break while replacing this item, or things that are necessarily destructively removed to facilitate a repair. I don't hold this against this seller or their product, it's just the nature of the DIY repair beast. The key is knowing about these possibilities in advance so you can have parts or resources on hand "just in case." In my case, I didn't attach the battery connector correctly after I installed the new battery. I also did not test the new battery before re-attaching the screen. So, two strikes against me. When I attempted to turn on the phone, I got nothing. In the course of reopening the phone, I broke my screen (by incorrectly separating the glass from its backing rather than the screen from the rest of the phone). During replacement of the battery, you have to remove a graphite sheet that is very important for cooling the phone (and you know how hot this phone can get). That graphite sheet SHOULD BE reinstalled but it's not really meant for that, and it doesn't adhere very well (if at all) when you re-use it. So, you should get ahold of a graphite sheet ahead of this repair AND NO ONE TELLS YOU THAT IN THE BATTERY INSTRUCTIONS. Do yourself a favor and buy one from ifixit.com or mobilesentrix.com and wait to do the replacement until it arrives. It's a cheap part ($2 or less) but unless you pay overnight shipping it will take a week to arrive. Edit: A few days have passed since I installed it and things are not so rosy any more. Through several trials and tests it seems the battery is defective. After installing it, the phone will not turn on without the charger cord attached, and when the cord is removed while the phone is off, the phone displays a charge percentage, followed by a battery with a question mark in it. It seems something isn't right about the handshake between the phone and the battery, hence the question mark. The phone does not trust or cannot verify that the battery has adequate power to start the phone, so the phone won't start until I connect a charger cord with a solid, strong power signal. Once it's off, I can only restart the phone by disconnecting the battery (yes, that means another disassembly) and reconnecting it, which I guess resets the error state and allows the phone to start when the charger cord is plugged in. It will do that once, then I have to reset the battery again before the phone will start. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that this is just a defective battery and I am awaiting a replacement to arrive in 5 days. I'll swap it out and see if the replacement works. If not, I guess it's off to ifixit.com to buy an OEM battery.

Nice battery and tool kit
Great battery and install kit. Some of the screws are as small as watch screws. I recommend a jewelers loop when you install them.

Open the screen on the button side only!
My old battery was losing most of its charge partway through the day. This reasonably-priced battery includes a complete tool kit with basic instructions and should have been easy. (I highly recommend you review videos on YouTube first.) CAUTION! When you get the screen released, make sure you open it like a book; OPEN THE BUTTONS SIDE ONLY! I opened it on the wrong side and tore the tight-fitting screen connector ribbon. It then cost me $229 to replace the screen quickly - so much for cheap DIY. The sad part is the phone battery still wears down to 30% by the end of the work day after adjusting all settings possible.
