Best castrol product.
Castrol is usually known for its gear oils. But this oil is among the best that i have used. So far have used mobil advanced protection, mobil 1 fully synthetic, shell helix ultra in fully synthetic range. In my opinion this oil is as good as mobil fully synthetic and better than shell helix ul tra. Worked well for 6k kms. I usually change at 5-6k kms. The oil could easily have worked for another 2k kms. P. S- Do not use any additives with this oil as its not needed.

Volkswagen Polo GT TSi
Firstly for those who are unaware of this. Volkswagen uses FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL 5W40 FOR Polo as well as the Vento. (Both petrol & diesel variants) I had a Polo diesel before & the service centre uses the same grade oil 5W40 for all the variants but the quantity differs. VW service centre uses Castrol Magnetic engine oil. But Castrol edge is anyways better as compared to Castrol Magnetic. You can talk to the service advisor & say you will get the engine oil yourself. The cost of 1 litre of engine oil in VW is around (8 50+14% tax) Can easily save 500 or up to a grand by purchasing 4 ltrs here in Amazon.

Read the label. If it’s got the OEM recommendation for your car, buy it.
Can you differentiate between 2 brands of mustard oil, by taste? I’d guess no. The food will taste exactly the same as long as it’s mustard oil. With a 5W40 synthetic, it’s no different. For all purposes practical, all oils of the same grade will be exactly the same. Yes they might vary ever so slightly in a lab under test conditions, but at the end of the day, pouring the most expensive oil won’t make a Maruti a Mercedes. So rather stick to manufacturer recommendations.

no seal inside,,it was broken .its a duplicate product

Excellent and original product. Latest manufacturing date. Delivered before time. No one can ever beat AMAZON shopping experience and deals. One word awesome - as awesome as Barney Stinson ( okay that's an exaggeration ) Regarding the product, it has following specs _ 1. BMW Longlife 01 2. MERCEDES BENZ 229.3 3. PORSCHE A40 4. ACEA A3 / B4 5. API SN ( THE LATEST ) 6. VW 502.00 / VW 505.00 Have used SHELL HELIX ULTRA 5W40 earlier, did not find any difference as compared to this . Maybe slight mileage improvement in EDGE 5W40... FROM NOW ON, this is the oil that goes into my ride. Thanks, AMAZON.
