With no chance for proper customer service, I will need to return this item. The first step of assembling wasn’t even possible as the cable doesn’t plug in to the back of the panel. I would need to use force to push it in which I am afraid I would break it. I am quite upset about this since I just wasted 130 AED on shipping

Even thought I never tried, I remain convinced that if it can rejuvenate my complexion, surely it can soften her soles. Anyway this is a neat little device that supports a rather large LED panel (9x16) on a tall, adjustable, fairly sturdy, stand. Assembly is easy and the lights are bright. I wholeheartedly recommend this Red Light Therapy Lamp. May your life be as illuminated as my drawing room, and your purchases as delightfully misguided as mine.

Nice product, easy to set up. Add the remote app instead of the controller. The app would be a lot better than the hard wired controller. Make the app so it can control 2 units (or more).
