This was surely not the original philips earphone, as it stopped working within 4 days. It was a total waste of money for me. Amazon has started joining hands with sellers that are not even verified for the quality of their products. I was hugely disappointed by this product and the seller as well. I wouldn't have given even 1 star if I had a choice in reviewing this product.

I had previously bought another Philips headset for 350. Sound quality was very good. But it was delicate and stopped working after 3 months. So I brought this headset naturally assuming good sound and better quality as it was expensive. But sound quality is very poor. Max volume is very low. Cannot hear properly even with small amount of noise. Not much bass. Overall disappointed. Also one of the earliest stopped working after 3 months again. This also happens to be very delicate product.

For the price, this is a steal. I got it from Amazon at 299 buks. I had tried a lot of headsets in this price range and all were just plain crap.This is the best deal you can get at this rate..Audio quality is good with a good balance of bass and highs. Voice quality is good while taking calls.Build quality- material used is good- but design is a bit flimsy. the cables entering the earbuds are not crimped and feel loose when you tug on them.I spend a lot of hours taking calls on my headphones, and use headsets quiet ruggedly, so to strengthen the headset, I carefully applied loctite where the cable enters the base of the earbuds, which kind of hold the cables in place.Its not mentioned- but there is a button for answering calls built in the tiny mic unit. The button also doubles up as a play-pause button.2 months since ive been using this and havent had any issues with rugged use.Pros: Good sound, balanced sound for music, Good voice clarity.Cons: build quality is flimsy.Overall verdict at this price- this is a steal.

Wires are so thin of this earphones. I ordered from Cloudtail seller. I ordered many costly gadgets from same supplier. It has 6 months manufacture warrenty i don't know how to avail that. This is really my first negative review on Amazon. This broke my trust on Amazon and Cloudtail seller. Please don't buy this. Add few more rupees and go for boats bass head.

1.this produces good but not great sound.2.not for bass lovers.3.the mic comes with a switch over it that is perfectly cool .4.with my Motorola G3 the switch over mic performs call receiving,changing track, start ok google, pausing the tracks.5.one more good thing is comes with three pairs of earbuds.6.design is traditional .

I purchased this product on 1st October and after a month it's one left side stopped working. Can anyone help, where can I get it replaced or repaired?? And does it come with warranty??
