Looking at the photo, you might think that it won't fit into your teeth, but if you follow the resizing instructions on the inside of the pack, it will fit your teeth really well. They provide a case with the mouth guard, so that is very handy. Overall, it's of good quality going by the price, and gets its job done. That's all we need.

Doesn't retain its shape, poor quality material.

Its good value for money. The cover is good quality and can very easy to mold to your teeth/gums. I bought it because I grind my teeth while sleeping but its hard to sleep with this on. Maybe best for sports only.

just put this one in boiling water for not more than 15 seconds and it will become very soft, then put it in mouth and give it a byte. The mouth guard will get moulded into the shape of your gums and teeth. I am using it mostly for teeth grinding in sleep and I should tell you this one just does the job perfectly. Only small disadvantage is that I had to cut the mouth guard in some places to shape it for my teeth.
