Poor quality Kent gold membrane
For the last 2/3 times Kent Gold membrane doesn't work properly. It requires repeated pushing almost every week. Earlier We use to clean it once in a month. Above all we are only 3 person at home

Defective Product and Poor Return Policy
The main component of this kit, the UF membrane, was defective right out of the box. After installing the kit, I discovered that the UF membrane was not working. I contacted Amazon Customer Care and requested a replacement for the faulty UF membrane. However, I was informed that they could not replace the defective part individually and that I would need to return the entire kit. This is highly inconvenient because the kit also contains activated carbon media, which consists of small loose carbon pieces already filled inside the purifier housing. It is unclear how customers are expected to collect, pack, and return these loose carbon particles safely. A much better customer experience would be to provide an option to replace only the defective component instead of requiring the return of the complete kit. Very disappointing service and an impractical return policy. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
