Everyone is different, some gels work better for others. I've trialled over makes but HIGH 5 are my choice for triathlon races. I'm now training for an Ironman and HIGH 5 will form part of my nutrition/hydration/recovery. The gels are easy to digest and don't leave you gagging for liquid afterwards. There are a number of different flavours to choose from, all of which are nice to digest. There easier enough to store within you tri suit or even tape to your bike, being light and small. The last box I received came with the new opening style, whereby when you tear it open the strip is still attached to the packet making less rubbish to look after.

Does the job, but as electrolyte gels always taste salty, tropical flavour is not a good combination. For me the taste of SIS salted caramel works perfectly as an electrolyte gel
