The best straighteners I have used, & tried many. I find the titanium plates far superior to ceramic ones. For my fine but heavy hair I get a sleeker look, longer lasting & separates the layers better, looks more like a hairdresser day than any others used. Hair is less damaged too. Wand is lightweight & good quality. Especially the cord which is long, it doesn't snag, & it sits straight when finished. It gets hot quickly so be careful around ears etc. Not tried the curler side yet due to time & practice but the product is brilliant value. Extremely happy - wish had found this before.

Reliable and good quality, light weight!

Heat up fast, great heat options. Makes my hair smooth and curl holds until next wash. Only downside is my hair smells a little burnt after curling. I’ve purchased a heat protector now and using a lower heat setting which will hopefully help. I like that the outside heats up, only caught myself once at the very beginning but no problems now. Overall a top notch product at a great price!

I had exactly the same one in silver for around 8 years. The cord got damaged and sometimes not work, so i decided to get a new one. First of all, THE BUZZING NOISE IS NORMAL!! Read the instructions, it mentions it. My old straightener makes the same noise. Second, if you can’t be careful with a hot tool, don’t get one. I never had a problem with it being hot on the outside as i use the grips that are provided with the hair straightener. You also get a heat mat. I absolutely love it, as it does both jobs, straightens and makes lovely curls. Has a sleek design and heats up quickly. Definitely recommend.

it comes with a sticker on the straightener that is impossible to get off and leaves a sticky residue all over the outside of the straightener. (It says to remove sticker before use)

This is such a good hair straightener and curler HOWEVER I’ve burnt myself so many times on my forehead because the curling bits get so hot and it’s very easy to burn your skin as it’s so exposed. There are covers for the tips of the barrel but they can easily come off so be careful with that. This product does the job but it comes with a cost.
