Pulleez® are both functional and beautiful, with custom charms in crystal, metal or acrylic adorning the ends of the elastic. Simply secure your Pulleez® by sliding hair through the elastic once; then squeeze the Pulleez® toggle while pulling the ends of the elastic to your desired tightness. Squeeze again to loosen the elastic and release the hair. The patented design can also be worn as a bracelet.
