WONDER CORE Genius

I always search here and there, read the reviews before I buy the product, so I was nurvous before I bought this because there's no reviews for me. Since we live in a small condo, I'm looking for something multifunctional, simple enough for me(5ft) and my husband who's 6ft and could be store somewhere easily when I don't need it. I'm so glad I give it a try, that's why I'm writing this review.This workout set have few pieces that you could put together to make some type of exercises. You have to take it apart to do the next type of workout. I only use one or two types so far. I would recommend them to the people like me who don't want to go to the gym but want to have some basic training at home. I just put it under my sofa when I don't use it. It's worth the money. However it took few days to be shipped to me.

This is my first review ever. For the price-point, this is a steal and takes up minimal space. The storage container is a tad flimsy but surprisingly functional. It is easy to assemble during the workouts, once you get the hang of it. The app (IPhone user) is glitchy, excluding the fun plank game and instructional videos for the moves. The workout programs and background sounds (even if muted) are buggy, I have to exit the app to resume my personal music. It's kinda like pilates but with accessories. Overall, would recommend.

I never write reviews... but decided to take a moment for this product. I quite my monthly gym membership during this Covid pandemic (as I can't ever see myself wanting to go back & share sweaty gym equipment again, much less trying to workout with a mask on... no thanks). So I looked around online for small all in one systems and decided to purchase Wonder Core Genius. I have to say the designers thought of just about everything in this small compact kit. There are no fake make believe magical exercises here... Just all the tried & true basics that everyone knows actually works!. It just needs to play the Rocky Movie theme song in the background & it would be absolutley perfect! hahaha.... You have to download the free App to see what this really does! It's amazing has tons of high quality video workouts to follow, shows you how to put together the different items to create different pieces of equipment. The 3 different Video games in the app (that works with the plank instability platform for core) are so much fun! I'm so busy playing the games I forget I'm doing core exercises.. be prepared to loose yourself & be sore the next day! That's a really good thing! My gym days are over... I'm much, much happier working out at home with my rescue dog! Love the product. Great for a simple workout on the core for fairly lazy people:) the package however is pathetic!Shame when a good product is let down by a Poorly considered carry case.I bought mine due to work and lockdowns (covid) - need to travel and work out.The gear is just what I needed, but the flimsy pathetic excuse for a case is nothing short of a frustration.This often could come with a neat portable carry bag and would be excellent.The case is nothing more than a depressing waste of plastic that most people will throw away (I will).This business should be ashamed of such a waste of non recyclable material. For that I can only give 2 stars.

I’d love to give this a 5 star rating, but I can’t. I’ve got too many problems with it. I’m a personal trainer and I wanted something more challenging then the standard ab wheels my gym provides. As far as that aspect goes, this is a 5 star product. The ab wheel with the resistance band really challenged my core in a way I haven’t felt in a long time, and using it with the balance board is going to be the next step up. But that’s where my praise ends. In order to use everything you have to be constantly taking things apart and putting them back together in different ways and that’s just too much of a pain. There aren’t any hooks or clips to keep the resistance band in place under the kneeling pad, so there’s a risk of it coming loose and snapping you while using it, especially with less experienced people. There should be something to keep that band in place.... another gripe I have is it doesn’t come with a carrying case. It comes in a cheap plastic holder, but you have to dismantle everything to put it in there and it’s for stationary placement, not traveling. If the ab wheel with the band and balance board was on its own, with a carrying case, at a lesser cost, this would be a 5 star product and I’d highly recommend it. As is, this product is best if you plan on keeping it at home and are ok with taking the time to be constantly switching things out during your workout.

Honestly I'm surprised with this product. The package it comes in stores the parts and pieces well and compact. The pieces go together and apart very easy for the different exercises. It's pretty simple and the app that you can download shows the how to do the exercises. I think it's a great product for someone like me wanting to get back in shape.

Good product easy to use . Easy to pack and go

Ok.... so it’s an all in one super fun gym that I can slide under my desk. Need I say more!? Because I will. The plank board and game are highly addicting you get to save a baby hedgehog while you build six pack abs. Baby animals and building muscle (two of my favorite thing’s)The machine is so versatile the weight of the handles that are used in most functions are heavy and premium. The ab-roller transitions seamlessly to a jump-rope as well as a strength training band.I wish I had this months ago dying lockdown
