Received my LK jerky today. I like the seasoning and smoke flavor. The cuts/pieces all were good cuts with no chewing issues. I like a jerky a little more moist but this will be my go to jerky for the near future. Great protein choice. Like the updated packaging. Good product.

I’ve been eating Lorissa’s jerky for years and absolutely LOVED it! I used to buy the bigger bags from Costco and could easily grab a small bag from my local grocer or Target. I’ve had trouble finding them locally so I ordered this 5 pack on Prime day and was so excited to receive it. But man, I am so disappointed with the recipe change. It’s completely different from the “old” stuff! I will say I do love the ingredients - especially the no added sugar - they blow all other jerkys out of the water on that. What I don’t love: the heavy seasoning/salt - it’s a lot and has left a very bad aftertaste. I also don’t love that the jerky pieces have the texture of composite wood and break apart into jerky shavings/crumbles. I really miss the old version that came in big pieces that were thicker and melted in your mouth. This new version is very thin. It’s relatively moist, but crumbles in your mouth. I couldn’t even finish one bag, and will not be opening/eating the others. Unfortunately I will be on the hunt for new jerky that has comparable ingredients and little to no added sugar - I will not be buying this brand again.

We have tried so many different meat snack products over the years and they are all so different! Beef jerky is one of my favorites as it satisfies my salty snack cravings but offers something more filling and satisfying than chips. The texture of the jerky is on the drier side. Some of the smaller pieces are tender while some of the larger pieces are a bit tough and hard to chew. The Original Smoke Show flavor is okay. I mainly taste the rosemary which isn't my favorite flavor. It's a little smoky, a tad peppery, and a little garlicy/oniony. I do get a slight pineappley flavor, too. The natural taste of the 100% grass fed beef still really shines through. At 29 grams of protein per serving (which is the entire package), this is a snack that is sure to keep you feeling full and satisfied. Like many meat snacks, it is on the high side in regards to sodium. Not really something that I look at when consuming this type of product but some people might. I LOVE that this jerky doesn't contain any added sugar. Some jerkies are LOADED with sugar, especially the flavored ones like teriyaki. I am a big fan of Lorissa's Kitchen products so I think I will explore other flavor options and see if there are other yummy flavor options to choose from!

This jerky is free of sugar, which is amazing. Every Other jerkies on the market seems to be loaded with the sugar but unlike other sugar-free jerky, this one actually tastes great. It slightly dry, but for healthy ingredients so worth it.

I used to buy Lorissas jerky from Costco a couple years ago it was great. This new stuff is absolutely inedible. It’s dry and paper/plastic like. It also just tastes not great. It’s honestly horrible. I am trying my hardest to get through it so I don’t waste my money, but even when I’m starving it’s hard to eat it. I should just throw away. I like their mission, and ingredient standards, but the product is embarrassingly bad.

They must have changed their recipe bc they don’t taste as good as they used to before their rebrand. :( Not very flavorful anymore

This beef jerky is my new favorite! Not only does it taste absolutely delicious, it is super clean ingredients and the texture is on point.

This brand used to have tender beef jerky that wasn't overly salty in flavor. They seem to have made a recent rebranding where not only did the packaging change but so did the formulation of their jerky. It's not nearly as tasty as it was in their earlier iterations.
